He's a slap d***. You don't have to go to jail or be James Harden to be a complete a**hat. Lebron James is a narcissistic, self absorbed, chump.

Don't ask me questions. Your questions and comments give me diarrhea. And I don't feel like putting the mods in a position where they have to tell us to ease up. Ignore what I write and I'll ignore what you write. Tired of having this useless dialogue.

In other words..you can't actually come up with anything, other than you don't like the dude for some reason. Meh...you bark a lot...that's about it. Occasionally you are somewhat amusing.

Poor baby torpedoed the Franchise by forcing Rob to trade for his buddy Westbrick when anyone and everyone knew it wouldn’t work.
Now he’s pining for greener pastures?
I’m sorry, but he knows exactly what he’s doing with these latest comments. Very unprofessional and childish- the slobbering over Presti’s acumen as a GM while making us fans suffer through this, and next season’s inferior product that he created.
I couldn’t care less about the Bronny comments because he should play at least one season with his son.

Lebron never cared one bit about the franchises he played for ... just tools he has been using for his career path

I don't like the FO current performance but I DO like it's not making bad deals just to repair Bron mistakes

    lol, yeah, presti's killing it.

    upload_2022-2-20_8-20-15.png

i'm sure SGA and giddey are the pieces to build around. considering AD and beal is a 6th place team, what's that core? -12th place?

He could just be playing to the home crowd at all star weekend. I don't think he's serious about going back there... again. I do think he's 100% serious about playing with Bronny. Let's see him put his money where his mouth is. If he'll play for the min, we'll make Bronny happen. His $40m+ off the books gives us options.

I think he'd be willing to play in Indy or OKC for a season, but I don't think he wants Bronny stuck there. I really think the league is about to come down hard on players trying to force themselves out of their contracts (Klutch players) and players on rookie deals (Zion sitting, getting fatter until he can go to NY). That said, if the most popular player in the league wants to play with his son in LA and keep both of them out of a city with limited opportunities and off a team going absolutely nowhere, then Rob, Jeanie, Rambii, Klutch, Bron and Bronny will force his way here.

Hey Bron, this isn’t the Cavaliers or even the Miami Heat. We’re the Los Angeles Lakers. We won championships before you came, and we’ll eventually win them after you’re gone. One man isn’t bigger than this storied franchise. I appreciate everything he’s done for us until this point. But if you don’t wanna be here, then don’t. Until this last trade deadline, this front office has catered to every whim he’s had, even to the detriment of our success.

feel like next year is likely lebron's last year here. the question is whether we burn it all down like some fans want (remember, we don't own picks for a while) or try to stay competitive with AD as the centerpiece. to me that was always plan A, and it still beats the alternative. if AD ends up being injury prone, we rebuild after his contract is up, but with a better draft capital situation.

Yes, and it wouldn't surprise me if Bronny's son ended up here so the Lakers fan capitalize on that cash cow.

    Lol.

Yeah, I brought up similar beliefs a couple weeks ago

And this shows just how significant and relevant Bron still is in this league...

love that iverson, pippen, and nash still own some states.

steve smith in...idaho? he from there?

    grant hill still in michigan?

    vince carter in maine?

    yao ming in montana?

i like that the dakotas split on kobe/mj.

there's just a lot to unpack here.

Overlooked what I thought was the strangest one of all...Bibby in Bama. Never played, coached, or lived there. Not that big of a player. A Lids even carrying a Bibby jersey much less selling one is... weird.

If you trade AD, you would have draft picks. Paul George was able to net OKC 5 1st round picks, plus Shai and Danilo Gallinari. I would think we can get something similar to that. The picks probably wouldn't be lottery picks, but our scouting department has done a really good job with late 1st round and 2nd round picks that I have confidence we can get solid players, if not some real gems.

That's what I personally would do, that being said, the Lakers probably won't trade AD unless he demands one, since trading a star player is not really the Lakers M.O, nor is building through the draft. Also, I don't really know the downstream effects trading AD would have on our relationship with Klutch.

I don't care about picks. For me picks have more value before they are used than after. I don't think we should wait 3-5y to see if we'll be competitive with some unknowns. If I can avoid it, perfect.

So yeah, we should try to remain competitive and see what can we get from AD. Test the market. If we can't get something that makes sense, run with him and see what we get to pair him with. We need to target the big names as a base strategy
