This Bron dude is starting to get on my nerves.

 

Lebron doesn’t just say things like that without them meaning something. He’s got one foot out the door already.

His mindset is probably to coast the rest of the year, doing just enough to make sure he’s in great position for the scoring record next year. Pressure the Lakers to go all in this summer, but when they realistically won’t be able to build a contender he’ll just focus on breaking the scoring record.

If we somehow do play really well next season, maybe he comes back on another one year deal, but if not then he goes to Cleveland for a one year deal. Then one last season where he signs for cheap on whatever team gets Bronny.

 

Sigh, these are going to be a rough couple of years for us after Lebron leaves...

No “I hope my son gets drafted” followed by “and I hope it’s a winning situation” and “then it’s possible it that team has an open roster spot, maybe I could join them”

Meh..IDK..Lebron will be 38 next year, the end of the road, was always coming sooner than later. The fact that he is a still a high level player even now, is remarkable. I wouldn't be all that mad if he went back to Cleveland, he got us a ring and AD.

Lebron James is one of the most abhorrent people to cheer for. Great on the court, an absolute Class A, soiled tissue paper off of it.

 

What exactly has he done off the court that is soo terrible? I keep hearing this but nobody ever seems to come up with anything, other than an opinion that he had, that they didn't agree with.

 

the bronny stuff has been common knowledge for a while now. it's been well known that he wants to play with bronny and will do whatever he can to make it happen. not sure why people are acting like this is breaking news

 

What I'm reading is that he has one foot out the championship window already. He's gonna try and prserve his body for the scoring title and a year with Bronnie.

I don't have a problem with what he said or what he does afterwards @ all.

He came here when nobody was would and on a roster that wasn't title contending.

Lakers ownership and FO are about to find out the hard way that he is not fully committed to this franchise for now + future.

They had to make 2021-2022 work..usually Klutch/Lebron are a headache to deal with 1 yr before free agency with their non-commital, double- minded, second-guessing, passive aggressive selfish agendas. Lebron is right up there with Dwight when it comes to waffling.
