Awful 4th quarter. Couldn't even hit that point blank shot in the final minute. Need to reduce his minutes.

His 3 pointer seems to have abandoned him after the knee injury

8 assists 4 TOs, ton of missed free throws (including one late in the game) and lots of long bricks

You know he brought Russ on board to help him out and yet wont relinquish control of the ball to him and ulitize him correctly.

    Lebron -11 tonight smh.

Check my stats tho right King?

Previous two games he shot 3-7. The 3 pt shooting has been slumping since the start of January. He was 41% in December, and like 30% since.

    Yeah, idk.

Maybe health, age, shot selection, fatigue?

This isn't heading in a good direction.

He definitely looked his age today. Not only the 3pt shooting, but also missed some easy buckets at the rim.

Lebron's top 5 days are over. He's still top 10 at his age, that's a hell of a feat.

It still baffles me that he is in for 38 minutes at his age. He's human.

I’m fairly sure Lebron is gunning for KAJ’s scoring record. He is dominating the offence the most I remember since his first stint in Cleveland. And because he is scoring efficiently, everyone blames his team mates and ignores the defensive lapses, turnovers and all the complaining to referees instead of getting back on transition D.

I read today that he would have the second most shot attempts at 21.0, only trailing Luka at 21.1 but has not played enough games to qualify. He’s definitely dominating the ball, so he can get his stats. These last 2 losses fall firmly at his and AD’s feet. Stop worrying about getting the scoring record and learn how to make free throws.

This was honestly my thought last night. Seemed like he just didn’t have it to me.

I'm actually impressed that he has so much left in the tank. It would be more normal if he had bad shooting games like that more often. It's mostly fatigue... your legs are not fresh, and your shot suffers because of that. And yeah, he's playing for the records at this point. I mean, he knows what up -- we're not going anywhere this year.

For once I'd actually love to pin this on "chasing Kareem", but this was just bad basketball. I mean he tried to impact the game in other ways, but it resulted in three 4Q turnovers. Great 1st half followed by his worst 2nd half of the season.

Still some chemistry issues on the team. In his interview after the game he said that when he broke Kareem's record his teammates came up to him to give him congrats. Then he out loud corrected himself and said, "some of my teammates".

Yeah, there's been a disconnect for awhile.

You can see it on the floor.

Unfortunately, we broke up the team during the bubble that had fantastic chemistry.

    Sad.

Surely it's also not lost on Lebron that he has to work harder on both ends of the floor, considering Vogel now has to sacrifice spacing in order to play competent defenders. If ever a blueprint for how to deconstruct a contender, this is it.

Which record was that? I don’t hang around after the losses for the interviews.

Lebron is definitely not working harder on both ends of the court. He’s given the defensive end a cursory glance a lot this season.

Usually, his teams are good enough to overcome that; this team obviously isn't...
