This year might be the Nets only championship window Summer 2023 all 3 of them are free agents and their free agency will be a big distraction in the 2022/2023 season
looking at simmons situation and Embiid still incase there is a chance to trade AD. sportsbetting3.com not much difference in injury and maybe joel more hunger/frustration with sixers and think sures up D end way more. idk if it can work tho.
Depending what our roster needs are, I'd like to make a run at him in 2023 when he's a FA. I think he'd pair nicely next to AD. Very curious to see what the market value for him will be as the league continues to put a premium on shooting bigs over strength and physicality.
his current salary is an overpay because he can get schemed out of games by some teams (to me, you can't be unplayable against anyone at 20+ million per), but he's big, smart, and a great team guy on and off the court by all accounts.
just rewatching this dunk. called for a charge!? i dont remember ever seeing that but i guess it was even though he was dragging right foot a little. insane crowd reaction
lol wut. that was a defensive foul and an epic poster. man that dude gets off the floor with some power. like a smaller, young shawn kemp or dominique wilkins.
i'm not sure, as he doesn't seem to have super high hoop iq. but he'll be a big-time scorer and allstar.
if towns cared about playing defense, he'd be league mvp, period. everyone was all upset when he took us to school earlier in the year, and i was like...duh...he's INCREDIBLY TALENTED and HUGE. just can't get it together on d, for whatever reason.
Refs were a mess all night, not just this game but other games too. Butler with two quick Ts and ejected, first one was warranted but he was walking away when he got the second one. Anthony Edwards tossed the same way too.
Jokic and Embiid are in a league of their own. Hope AD is watching Video game stats around the league tonight
