he has talent, and he's playing free and with confidence good for him but we need to see more oversized sweaters asap give the fans what they REALLY want!!!!
Damn Kuz is on a roll, now stringing really good games together for over the past week. Good for him and sucks for us. Sure could have used that on the wing for this year's team.
Kuz last 10 games 22.2 ppg, 10.8 rpg, 49% FG, 27% 3FG (still can't hit the long ball). He's having a terrific stretch right now
I'm happy for him. Obviously he would never have these numbers as a Laker with Bron, AD and Russ. It is already impossible for 3 starts to get "their numbers". Somebody always has to sacrifice and usually, its the worst of the 3. Happy that Kuz is getting it done. His skillset didn't match what we needed him to do.
future headline: "Talen Horton Tucker has averaged 25.2ppg, 7rpg, and 6apg in December, leading Portland to their first +.500 month in two years. Meanwhile, Robert Covington had a disappointing stint with the Lakers, who were bounced in the play-in by Karl Anthony Towns just prior to Covington leaving the franchise in free agency for Toronto."
I’m happy for him. Too bad AD, the front office and coaching staff didn’t have an epiphany that AD needed to start at the 5 while he was here smh.
he was one of the team's best rebounders last season, so seeing him grabbing 20 boards isn't surprising at all classic case of someone needing a change of scenery. the pressure of being a laker and playing alongside lebron/AD were always going to hold him back
That's great for him. We knew the situation in Washington was good for him. Of course, would never play the same with us, he was a bad fit with our stars, it's a fact and we have all to surpass it. For whoever refuses too and is over reading his stats in Washington, there's no need to bring Russ stats last year right?
NO (but I haven't seen either of them play in some time now so don't really know if he has caught Brandon)
