That would be interesting if that was the real reason why he didn’t play in NY, but that’s conspiracy theory stuff. but on THT, if his initials were TNT, he’d definitely be a keeper. Still think he might be, and so do the Lakers if they chose him over Caruso
Was LeBron in the arena in NY, I don't remember. Am guessing yes. So he has to have shown proof with a card or on his phone, as they're not effing around with their rules.
that's how the spanish flu became endemic, so good news if true. no one's going to comply with restrictions at this point anyways. get vaccinated and move on
i think once everyone (including kids) has a chance to be vaccinated, stuff will just go back to something approximating life in 2019. just with an extra flu and requisite shot! yay. you are right that we've proven that we can't lock down in the manner required to eradicate a disease, which is actually quite terrifying if you think about it. anyway... until then, i think the nba's stance is socially responsible. you don't want an outbreak tied to an nba team that leads to some serious health consequence for a kid or something. the nba's image could be hurt by basically ignoring testing and general public health guidance, even if a few months from now we learn that indeed the latest variant is no worse than the flu even for unvaccinated (i highly doubt this, though).
So, he is out. Dwight is also out. Monk was on the flight to Texas, then had to return to LA. At least AD is listed as probable today.
Oh good, at least we get AD back and DJ can man up as the 5 when needed. Ellington can take THT's starting spot and HbK can take his bud Monk's minutes plus what Ellington doesn't of THT's. I texted Vogel this morning and he thought it made sense, but then said let me see what LeBron and AD think.
Vogel got back to you, yet? Let me guess the two stars decided the rook is only good for fetching burgers and doughnuts
Nah LBJ really likes him. You should read that recent article in his thread when you have like 20 minutes. Like at work when the defense is putting on their case and throwing s*** here and s*** there.
The Dallas game really showed the value of THT. Brunson similar to guards in the early season ran roughshod over the Lakers. The Lakers have been using THT as the guy to throw against the tough guards and the gap between him and Bazemore and even Bradley is big
