Let us know when you spot the guy who they need to replace Vogel and be an upgrade. Frank just needs to win some more rings …. don’t care if his legacy is all time great.

How about just finding us a good offensive Xs and Os assistant since the FO seems to suck at it?

I’d characterize it as whatever the organization and Vogel have agreed to with respect to what the organization wants from his position and his comfort with the terms rather than that cynical of a view especially since we don’t know. They certainly had “input” as to his assistants when he was first hired.

Poor dude rolling out a lineup with dj/IT/melo and trying to defend an nba opponent. He had to play chaundee in the first half!

Not even 4 minutes into the game because Baze was slapping guys while trying to not get cooked. Remarkable. Chaundee was the first sub into the game. Going to be rough until we get everyone cleared from covid protocols.

Was pretty disappointed in him. So that’s how physical he looks with the varsity … nothing special and had yips shooting with his big chance.

You assume things so do whatever you want to do. I stated my take above, and yes it’s likely the front office has a hand or big hand in choosing. How would you or I know at all if Frank had final say or if out of dislike of the suggested guy they want in … or fear of looking over his shoulder like with Kidd and maybe too Fizdale …. that he doesn’t worry about it or disagree enough with their “suggested” hire to deem it worth making an issue out of it? IMO that doesn’t make him a yes man. Think what you want if you have inside information no one else has.

He decides that even though the guys being suggested wouldn’t maybe be his choices he can still make it work as he did with Kid?

I’ m guessing FFS like you. I don’t know if he has input or not. What do you want me to say other than you without knowledge either shouldn’t be belittling him as a yes man. IMO. Or mainly responsible for the assistant choices. Which would not be my guess, but just a guess no less.

It has been a frustrating season no doubt. It is too easy to blame Vogel. Problem is we have a bunch of one trick ponies brought in to fit around Lebron and AD. Lebron is hurt often and plays however he wants regardless of who is coaching and AD has been MIA since the bubble. He has shamelessly pulled a Deng, as well as being injured often. Likely caused by bad conditioning. We get our players back and realize going forward AD is a complimentary player and no longer a superstar we can still be dangerous. Vogel does have some issues. It took way too long to realize Austin needed to be getting minutes but overall he is not near the top of the list as to why we suck.

i feel like nunn/baze is being shopped for any bench wing we can find right now.

yeah, i felt bad for him. there were a couple of defensive miscommunications involving him, too, which is to be expected given how unfamiliar he is with the team. minny got one or two dunks like this.

this is why i laugh at all the vogel criticism. nobody is winning with that. nobody.

We're on the same page 99.9% of the time but rolled ankles after coming down on someone's foot in traffic and 200lb bodies rolling into planted legs and knees are basketball S*** happens injuries. LeBron doesn't look out of shape to me. You? They happen to him as well. Rolled ankles, high ankle sprain from the planted, have a body roll into your leg scenario. Cut Bynum's career short, with it happening twice.

It’s the shower that does them in:LLLLLebronlaughing:….and no, let’s not make this a Covid discussion.

Edit: I should have said vaccine discussion.
