He wasn't great on D as well but that being said the Lakers offense if you replay which generated a lot of open looks (corner 3's or ellington/reaves open) were Lebron/Ellington PnR. Dallas started sending traps because the Lakers were getting good looks and he picked that apart.

One reason Lebron is an all time great is he can be mediocre to bad at certain parts of the game but still cause the other team all sorts of trouble

Yeah, as long as he’s a aggressive, like he was last night, I can handle the bad shot selection.

Also I forgot about this, he rolled his ankle so after that he started putting up the long 3's more.

Defense wasn't good before the ankle though lol.

Doubt he ever did roids. He went to the Olympics 3 times and they have better drug testing then the NBA.

However, I wouldn't be surprised if he did take HGH particularly when he was young. League wasn't testing for it back then so rumors are a ton of guys were doing it across the league before they changed the rules.

My bad: my filter was off
My honest suspicion is that before blood testing got superior (looking at end products like total testosterone rather then trying to find the specific drugs) that PED use was high. Steroids and HGH are very different however

That being said Lebron after 3 olympics and improved drug testing is probably clean at least in the latter half of his career

You seem to have a lot of faith in the Olympics drug testing programme. I thought it was common knowledge that tons of people are juicing at the Olympics and they kind of suck at catching drug cheats.

That was common knowledge in the old age of testing. Before testing was largely based on a specific molecule - if you took androgen but not testosterone you could get away with things as the drug testing missed the new molecule being used. Now a lot of the testing looks at end points (total testosterone, level of hematocrit) which the drugs are trying to up. No drug testing will be ever perfect but it's become much more difficult

    He looked 37 last night.

Hoping he can bounce back against Chicago.

If he plays 40 out of the remaining 51 games and averages 26 a game, he’s gonna pass Malone to be #2 on the all time scoring list.
