for a professional athlete to NOT workout for 10 days .... I'm sure that's hard. It's such a part of who they are. Has to mess with them mentally when they are feeling fine, and then they are isolated on top of that.

And there is only so much film you can watch. I would have loved for him to have taken the opportunity to look at team issues on film and to see how he could return and make everyone better. He wasn't gone long, but sounds like he spend more time being frustrated than making the most of the opportunity away.

The actual Covid particulates are smaller than any mask people are wearing. It can go right through. You would have to be wearing a Hazmat style full head covering mask with the filtration cylinders on the sides to filter it out. Just the facts and science- not the narrative.

We have been saying this kind of thing in the game chat. The shots where he pounds the air out of the ball are bad shots and he doesn’t make them at a decent percentage.

all mental. If he has time to think about it, his balls shrink.

If he just does it, his physical tools take over before his mental game can sabotage him

    too harsh?

Lebron, please stick to spot of shooting and layups. Otherwise it's off to the G League for you.

Very interesting stats. Obviously he needs the ball to be a good distributor, but if he truly turns the ball over to Russ for that, this shows where his strengths are lying currently. On the move cutting and catch and shoot basically.

Lebron needs to play more, sitting out games doesn't help you get into a groove.

He needs to play more - and needs to play some defense as well. I'm not saying Bron has to go like it's the playoffs, but he is literally taking time off on that end of the floor and he knows it.

Guys see him (and AD to a lesser extent) taking plays off and follow the lead. It’s pretty clear; and Russ alone can’t solve it with his own determination. If all three play hard, the soldiers will get in line.

Yes I’d rather see Bron take off whole games for rest then take off possession after possession on defense.

Bron is a smart player. I don’t understand why he plays with such half hearted effort on defense for long periods. If they were smart they’d play really hard and get enough of a lead, that they could take the whole 4th quarter off for rest.

Someone should get LeBron and AD in a room off the record, just for a constructive reminder about championship mindset and what works .... had have them listen to and be reminded of their written words as well in AD's first season here when it won us a championship ..... about everyone on the team was going to hold each other accountable including them and AD holding LeBron accountable, on defense. It's pretty simple really. They aren't saying those things now in non scripted first responses so maybe they have forgotten those verbal and competitive commitments. Hard to believe but how do LeBron and AD as well take plays off if they remember to do that.

They took plays off in the Championship year. They just won a lot of games in the process. James was notorious for coasting during the regular season in Cleveland. Especially early in the season.
