and he'll still be a good team defender. he knows their schemes on both ends so well that i imagine he'll step right into what they're doing. poole going back to the bench interests me in that i'm not sure if that's actually great for him. anyway, this season's rich about to get richer.
Klay is my favorite Warrior but I'd be very surprised if he can play 20-25 minutes and not get injured again
I hope they bring him along slow all year They are in first without him. Give him all the time he needs. You don't just have a 2 1/2 year layoff from top level competition and jump back in. Rehab isn't the same as games at the highest level.
If the Lakers don't win this year, I hope the Warriors go all the way. Easy to root for Klay and Curry.
definitely. well-managed, well-coached, accountability up and down the organization. the owner gets on my nerves here and there with his chest-beating, but...he's not wrong. they've built a really good organization around an easy-to-support star in steph. if we don't win, they're who i'd want. i liked milwaukee winning last year, too, though i'm not as gaga about their whole thing.
They can be beat - it will just be difficult. Best coach in the game right now, best player in the game this season, great system, and players that fit. They're clearly the best team in the league right now.
I keep waiting for Draymond to have run his course and be ineffective. Do you think they might want some of our guards …. for backups just in case? For a couple of their bench wings?
Wiggins is only 26 years old and he was No.1 pick for a reason. They've unlocked him as a more than capable 2 way player
Wishing him luck, you never want to see any player, but especially a star of that caliber have his career derailed or ended by injury
it's odd because advanced stats aren't picking up on that. basically have him as the same dude he's been since his last year in minnesota. looks like he's cut down on the long twos on offense, though, which has made him more efficient on that end.
