watching some of the mavs/jazz preseason game, and i was right about jared butler--how did he last until #40? injury concerns? pffft... this is a quality nba backup pg right now, day one. lots of teams missed on him, imo, and are probably spending a lot more on lesser players who are probably equally likely to miss time.

i think people are reading this wrong: they saw morey's "not paying you" and are about to raise it with "you're going to pay me to play at 3/4 capacity until i'm traded".
no way they can keep it up. he keeps the pressure on the refs as much or moreso than the defense. honestly, when the clip kept rolling, i fully expected him to try to draw a foul again, knowing the refs wouldn't dare let him chuck up two airballs with no FTAs.
