Like this one a lot, only 23 years old, shot 40% from last year, I didn’t think he was an option, super solid move.
Can’t lie, excited when I heard the news, but that’s mainly just based on name recognition. I don’t actually know much about him. Can he play point? If not, it feels like we suddenly have a surplus of guys who can play 2 or 3, and seems it might be tricky to balance the rotations.
I like the injection of youth on this team, but not sure I would call him a shooter just yet, prior to this year, he was pretty bad from 3.
To be fair, defense can be improved with a coach like Vogel. Just not if you’re Harrell inept or Drummond dumb.
Monk broke out when he had a real distributor on the team. We have two of those. Great pick up on the cheap.
Meh... He was great from 3 last year at 40%, but the prior were 34, 33 and 28 (damn). You can argue that he has been improving Would prefer Patty, he is a dog, shoots as well or better and can playmake. Monk will really be a shooter, so if the shot is not going in... Hope he proves me wrong, rooting for him!
Based on what I seen of him, he has to be our starting SG. He’s young, athletic, can shoot. He’s balance out our old starting line up.
We lost due to the lack of O, it was painful to watch to be honest. At least now, we'll be able to score 100 points in the PO
Well, you guys wanted someone young, who is athletic and can score and shoot.... ...happy now? He has steadily improved as a shooter and is our 4th guy now who can hit the 3 at the 40+% clip if I am counting that right.
