assuming it's not the inside of his own a**, it does make me nervous. it's the kind of thing the team would leak to try and soften the blow ("some within the organization aren't as crazy about him as the fans are"). gtfo. unless somebody wants to pay him 15 per or something (they don't), it makes zero sense to just let a useful rotation player like him walk.
Hope AC continues getting better as a shooter, that and his Defense is gonna earn him the minutes on the court
The idea that adding Westbrook would result in the end of Caruso in LA makes no sense. We're not hard capped so there's nothing stopping us, but we also aren't in a financial position to find an adequate replacement. I fully expect AC to be back next year.
"Westbrook makes Caruso superfluous." Uh...no. Does this guy watch the Lakers? They play different positions. Caruso was an off guard for the most part. Westbrook is not an off guard. Besides, even if you want to classify Caruso as a pure point guard, most rosters tend to carry more than one player at every position...they call them types of players backups. And seeing he's one of the few players we can pay over the league minimum, the only thing we could replace him with is a league minimum type.
yeah, i'm hopeful this is just a dummy spouting off and nothing based on a leak that we won't retain him for some reason.
We can only replace him with the tax payers mid level or a league minimum guy. No one that would sign for that amount is better than The Eagle.
again, i doubt this, but my worry was that we're still considering accepting an S&T and thus not being able to keep him. or worse, that we, say, promised the full MLE to drummond.
Someone asked him a stupid question in that interview. I remember thinking what his face looked like after I heard it. He was asked if they had lost the game or the other team won it. Hahahahahahhahahha!!!! The f*** kind of question is that?! Hey, ah, did you guys play basketball or was the other team making you play hockey? Hahahahhahahahhahahah
