Glad everyone is taking notice why I can't stand this guy.

He can't hit the broadside of a barn, outside a layup.

Apparently he removed his affiliation as the lakers pg on his IG. Not sure how to check if it was previously there.

If true, is he a quitter, a goner? Both?

Probably a goner. Doesn't strike me as a quitter, really. I won't complain much if he's gone. We need to play Caruso and bring some new faces that will fit better.

100+ million for Dennis is how one tanks the franchise. And I don't mean to say he's a bad player, because - aside from the fact that he's not a great fit for us - he's actually pretty good. But he's asking for Bradley Beal money. Come on.

so much this. though i'm still wondering if we didn't guarantee the last year. he'd have to be insane to turn down that much guaranteed cash, even then.

anyway, his attitude is kinda s***, just like it was basically everywhere but okc (i think he was liked there?).

Rob right now after DS' post season

Maybe we should send Dennis and his agent a fruit basket on his way out

    Also new destination rumor

    I'll take Dragic.

If it’s true about his IG account, not a lot of fans are going to care. He’s not a terrible player but he’s not starter material. I didn’t like his attitude and requirement that he had to start. Should have taken our offer when he had the chance. Good luck on the open market. If he does quit on the team tonight, that’s not going to impress potential teams front offices.

Does anyone think CP2 stating he’s going to opt out of 44M next year to seek a longer contract might be some kind of maneuvering to set the stage for him coming to the Lakers somehow in a sign and trade deal with Schroder? Something like 3 years at 25M give or take? How would people feel about that? 4 years would be terrifying and should be non starter. 3 years bad enough. Just wondering if something might be in the works between Lebron and his buddy?

boom. definitely. i'll take 1 year of dragic over long-term commitment to schroder. we could really preserve him for the playoffs, too, with AC/THT around to eat up pg minutes. i'd love it.

Great game by Schroder tonight. Unfortunately, this was the Schroder we expected for games 4/5. Too little, too late. The guy only cared when it hit him that he was going to end the season that would cost him millions of dollars... He never cared to win, only about his $. If I am the Lakers, I would pass on him. Rescind the offer and just move on. Like Kobe said... if you need convincing, you aren't Lakers material. And we don't need to convince Schroder.
