Whatever it takes. He came out with great energy. He and AD set the tone and had the Suns front court on the verge of foul trouble all game. It was also his first playoff win and was a nice proof of concept that AD can go off while Drumm is still on the floor. Don't know what to say about Ayton. I'm not blaming Drumm though, he's getting whatever he wants vs anyone in a Lakers jersey. Unlike a healthy CP3 or Booker, I don't think Ayton can beat us regardless of how many dunks he gets.
i think ayton's dunks are partly due to intentional design of our defense. the occasional dunk from him is better than a flurry of wide open threes. that said--we should be able to limit both to some degree.
I never had one, how are they? See, my girlfriend is a vegetarian, which, makes me a vegetarian. But I do like the taste of a good burger.
Thats mostly all a lot of us ever asked. I didn’t want Drummond to not play at all, but I didn’t want him playing if it cost us not playing Marc at all either. If playing both these guys costs Trez, you live with it, because it’s workout, each give us certain things out there.
He is playing much more physical in the last few games. He is more focus on defense, Drummond should get some credit.
Another very solid game, and love how he genuinely does not seem affected by the lack of major playing time and is instead enthusiastically cheering from the bench.
It's hard to describe, but it's definitely super fresh, not super huge or anything, but the combination of everything plus the spread is unique. And the smell even from far away is soooooo good. You can still order it veggie style. Try it sometime, regular or vegetarian! I usually get a 3x3 which is 3 patties and 3 slices of cheese, animal style (mustard fried onto each meat patty, pickles, grilled onions, and extra spread).
Hands of stone and turned the ball over a bunch, but he still made some monstrous defensive plays and gobbled up the rebounds.
Such a strange player: that one steal in the backcourt he got was such a great mix of anticipation and pure athleticism. Then of course he gets rejected by Frank the Tank emphatically and he lost about 5 Lebron passes including one of those patented length of the court passes to where he's got his man completely pinned. Welcome the Drum Dog Millionaire show
Pigs probably can’t fly but penguins can certainly leap high into the air when conditions are right. That block early on last night .... wooooo!!!
Drummond had 2 turnovers. 2 steals and a block too. At some point the guy deserves more credit than he gets, he is one of the most productive players on the team in the 20 mins he plays.
He's still getting acclimated and better in the team scheme the more he plays. Plus he's happy being on this team and in the playoffs with a chance to win it all.
He's definitely doing better on defense, but what he needs is an actual off-season and real practice with his teammates. Too bad we might not be able to do that, we'll see.
