Not trying to knock Lonzo, but his little bro is better than him already. The expectation level I’m sure helps too, quite a difference from #2 for the Lakers and #2 for the Hornets, especially since MJ sucks at drafting. Lonzo also took all the Lavar heat and likely lowered the bar some on having expectations from that family, but still, kid almost had back to back triple doubles, he was one assist short last night and got one tonight.
Never would have guessed Melo would do so well so soon. Props to him. Rondo hasn’t played yet this season? What’s his injury this time?
He's played in 2 games, averaging 6 & 7. Sore knee is keeping him out. Hawks got hit hard by the injury bug early....Do, Gallo, Bogdan, and Dunn have all missed time.
Schedule is a danger for the players health . Lakers have a 2 days break between games only 4 times between 12/22 and 3/4 .
Going to be a rough month with these postponements. League expected this though, they think this will be the worst month (makes sense with two holidays back to back and then a super speader gathering in DC). And with reading the Shams article today, there are no plans of postponing or a bubble.
Trying to dump it off inside to McGee or even get it up for a lob but looks like Clarke gets a piece of it.
This is the main one I'm surprised about... roster size. Some are struggling to meet the 8 player requirements. They need to add 2 moreroster spots for the remainder of the season. Maybe 1 active, 1 on the G League affiliate.
