Well, oportunity for Lebron to become a GOAT ;). If he beats GSW on his own we won't hear the end of it.

ESPN radio is already running with the idea that one championship in Cleveland is worth two elsewhere....... I don't even..

Just read an article saying that when GSWs win that their championship will have an asterisk because it's like 5 on 1.

I think I just threw up a little bit, that guy can't lose no matter what he does. He can go kick a basket of puppies and somehow will end up being celebrated for it.

There are no asterisks, ever. You win and that's that. People asked for more asterisks: Wade, because he shot too many free throws years ago, Lakers vs Kings and many others. But Wade, Kobe, Shaq - and their teams, of course, have won the championship(s). That's the only thing that matters. The Warriors are deep, and they manage their minutes perfectly. This is why they are now healthier than anyone else. It's all part of the game. Bron had plenty of help this year, and has great young teammates. The team is certainly better than his '07 squad.

Varejao, Love, Irving have 1 thing in common - Injury prone to the max

Don't waste all your cap space on injury prone players and then cry about everyone being injured and that it's not fair. I don't go to Best Buy and purchase a known broken TV and then give Best Buy horrible reviews for my stupidity.

Not to mention the weakness of the East being the only reason they made it to the Finals anyway.

If Oklahoma had played in their stead, they would have been in the Finals this year and they didn't even make the playoffs out West. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Win the f***ing Finals and shut the hell up. It's not like he's playing a seasoned team either. These Warriors are special but they're all young as hell. If they had gone up against any of the power house teams from the early 2000s they would have lost. Sacramento, San Antonio, and LA circa 1999-2004 would have won the West this year over this inexperienced squad.

I know this was poised to be a great Finals but only because one team had never made it here and the other team was full of scrubs. Not ready vs. Bad.

Man the NBA misses the 80s C Bags/Lakers with two historically great teams doing battle in the Finals.

Unbelievable. You can't make this stuff up. I've never seen so many excuses made for a player in my life...

Additionally, the Warriors drafted three of their big contributors in the same draft: Draymond, Barnes, Ezeli. Obviously, they are doing something right. I mean, Green was #35 in that draft. That takes skill.

They are making so many excuses because they know they can't really defend 2 wins and 4 losses in the finals for the self appointed Kang.

If this ship deserves an asterisk then so does all of Bron's jewelry because of how lucky his team had been in facing playoffs teams that are consistently injured and often without one of their best players. No other elite player has gotten bye rounds like he has, it's a f***ing joke. So if there should be an asterisk attached to anything, it should be stapled to the forehead of that juicing j******.

So GS has done what they cannot afford to do: take their foot completely off the gas. They are getting lulled into submission right now. Not making shots, Curry getting cute with shots, missed lobs. No urgency. They know they can turn it on but went a little soft.

Not sure what's up with the Warrior's offense tonight but its just not working. Steph can't get any open looks. It's all thompson, no one else is doing anything.

Again, a lot of one and done possessions from GS when the ball doesn't get to Klay who has been red hot. They need some rebounding. Maybe play David Lee?
