It's very likely that Green and Kuzma won't be here next year. There is some serious talent out there that are wanting to be traded and the Lakers need a third guy. If they get a third guy like a Oladipo, Lebron's career extends another 4 years.
We desperately need a 3rd scorer to consistently give us 15-17ppg. Was hoping Kuz would be the guy, but he’s not the answer. Plus he’ll be 26 next season, so the “young player” excuse we gave him will be out the window.
I can hear the exit interview... Wasn't the same in the bubble, suffered headaches, no Canadian bacon, miss the Riverwalk. Blah, blah, blah...
It's as if the crypt ghoul of Stern penned a proviso from beyond the grave that we had to have Danny Green on our team for "basketball reasons" otherwise AD and Lebron would have been traded to New Orleans or some such nonsense. Have never prayed for a member of my team to get injured, somebody must have today with Danny Greens prepubescent groin strain. I can see he is trying and actually his form on threes (previous game) and some of his defense (blocks, reads) appeared but he is delusional as to what he can do, and honestly I think we don't have him for two games and we win convincingly and trade him for that tantalizing third piece. Damn it Danny Green can reputation save your trade value.
We're a DAMN good team winning games (not to mention Finlas games), with such a scrub playing for us. Dude makes me miss Deng.
feel like he should be fully understanding when he's bandied about as salary ballast all offseason/up to next trade deadline.
