He’s had his young Pau moments to start this series, but damn has he bounced back, been a joy to watch. And yes I offer him a max contract, regardless of how the rest of the playoffs go, he is our future.

People here obviously believed we could win it all - we're talking about media in general. They have been choosing Clippers all year and even after we dominated the regular season AND beat them 2 in a row, they're still picking the Clippers to win it all.

Yeah it was the media. Look how ESPN “experts” rated us before the season. One of the most likely to have turmoil, nowhere near the top seed in the West, over %50 said we win zero titles while LeBron is here. We haven’t done anything yet, but the point is we were never really predicted to, that narrative is false. They mocked our roster moves aside from Davis, Cousins, and maybe Green very, very hard in the moment. (It also shows how much the media predetermines the MVP race, they had Giannis winning it way in advance, LeBron was already playing catch-up)

Imagine if we actually had healthy Cousins.

Just wanted to remind you that I called Paul George a souped up Trevor Ariza a couple of years ago and I'm sticking to it...

So... he and Bron are the first duo to average 25+/10+ in the playoffs since... 1961?

    Unreal.

Today reminded me of his Kentucky days. Not a whole lot of scoring but his defensive impact and making sure no easy buckets were made kept Rockets out of reach. When AD doesn't play soft, no one can replicate what he can do out there.

He’s alright I guess, I wouldn’t offer him max or anything though.

He decent. Shoulda kept Lonzo, BI and Hart. Well we'll know if it's a good trade in 3 years.

Had an awkward slip in the third...walked uncomfortably to the bench. Good to see he is fine. Otherwise, Davis did OK. Seriously, he should be able to whatever he wants against Milsap.

The media be like: The Lakers are only the top of the West because the Clippers are so smart that they load manage for the playoffs.

    Clippers lose to Nuggets

Media be like: The Clippers have had chemistry issues all season.

He's been flat out ridiculous all postseason.

In those games he's been "quiet", he's been pretty darn good, too.

Max player? I think so. Top 5? No doubt in my mind.

Rolling me eyes about the potential analysis of tonight's game... Nuggets did not have "it". They wuz tired so on and so forth. I hope we roll them in the next game. Close win also accepted.

The regular season is for players like Westbrook to put on an entertainment show for the fans.
The playoffs is for minds like Rondo and LeBron which are miles ahead of everybody else

I just don't see how anyone can stop AD in the remainder of the playoffs. Outside of possibly Bam Adebayo, who can even come close to doing anything to AD? AD feasted on some mcNuggets tonight with some honey mustard sauce. Hook shots, midrange, lobs, putbacks... I see a sweep coming. AD's on the way to his first ring and will soon have the same amount of rings as Dirk or KG with 1/3rd of their career... I smell the second greatest PF of all time.

That is an awesome take and one that media members need to take into consideration when they rank players. Westbrook is great if you want a circus show. Harden is also great if you like watching him stand in the FT line half the game. But we all know who the real performers are when it matters.
