He's a ghost on the court: don't even realize he's playing for the most part. I stick by my opinion is that he's toast. I'd really prefer Vogel to give his minutes to KCP who plays well with Lebron/Dwight. I'd try to get Waiters all the minutes with AD when Lebron is on the bench and just phase JR out. I get that Vogel probably just testing things out before the playoffs but I've seen JR for years now and he's just past his prime
I feel like he's getting back into game shape. It's been a minute. Like that he finally scratched tonight. Good to see.
Give him 5 of Green's minutes and see what happens. He can't shoot any worse than DG. I think he can keep up with Melo on D for a 5 minute window in the 3rd Q.
Gotta love his celebrations I'm also quite entertained at how close to the court he stands/sits during game action.
Game was still going as be he already lost his jersey JR has his own level of celebrating. His IG LIVE from the locker room was pretty great too
Not playing isn’t easy for competitive athletes, but he should also be thankful he even had an opportunity to play and be on a roster.
The best thing JR did this year was whipping the s*** out of that POS who tried to jack up his car. Much respect for that....
There are only 2 guys that can be called Kings of LA. Magic or Kobe. Change the King part or LA part and stop jacking up his picture. He earned it.
Well on the bright side, he won’t have to worry about adjusting to a bench role next season... because I’m not sure he’ll have a role on any NBA roster at all. Happy for the guy that he had a chance to join our group, bond with the guys, get some NBA playtime again, and win a championship. But I can’t envision any reason why we’d want to use a roster spot on him next year.
Wonder if Bubble Cheese could get into the shape of his life and make a case to stay if Rondo were to leave?
