^James no matter anyone can slice it...is THE face of The League. It's most known and marketable commodity so the masses have to pander to him.

I'm just recognizing James for being able to do this five years in a row. It's very impressive.

Anything after that though... Man I want him to lose. I really want him to lose so he ends up 2-4 in the Finals. Then next season I hope he's 2-5. I hope he goes to all the Finals he can and never wins any of them.

If it weren't for uncharacteristic bonehead plays by San Antonio and a rookie clueless coach in Brooks, James should be 0-6. Five years in the championship round is impressive. So were the Buffalo Bills. My backhand is working tonight...

Yeah I mean it's one thing to get there nine times and win five of them when you play against Hakeem, Stockton, Malone, and the Bird C Bags... It's another to get through Al Horford and the Evan Turner C Bags...

Let the media give him all the praise and d*** sucking now, hopefully in a couple years when he's no longer relevant people will start dissecting his "legacy". How can anyone with even half a brain call him the best ever when he has a losing record in the finals and the road to the finals is a cakewalk. That's disrespecting the greats.

I knew LeBron's jumper was broken, but I had no idea he was being this inefficient in this run.

Max and Marcellus were actually praising LBJ for his inefficiency this year in the playoffs. Don't ask me to repeat their twisted "logic". It is the flagship ESPN radio show.

Dealing with injuries to his teammates, how he had to teach them on how to win, accept their roles and perceived "declining" skills...James willing his squad to The Finals will be unabashedly praised as the greatest single handed act ever by a player. We can all imagine what it would be like if they manage to win it too.

And if (when actually) they lose in the finals, ESPN won't be praising the young Warriors who have broken records and have a rookie coach but will be making excuses for Lebron.

...James did not have enough help, the coach is incompetent and ______ so on, so forth. Media has it made, they can butter both sides of the bread.

^In crucial moments, it was Bosh who made the plays whether it was a timely shot, defensive play or critical rebound. He was consistent enough to keep that trio within striking distance in a game and swaying momentum in a series.

That's awesome. Wow. LeBron has only beaten 7 50+ win teams in his entire career.

Kobe's number is insanely high. It just goes to show the huge difference in the level of competition the two had to face in their careers.

I'm more shocked that ESPN even brought this up. What I didn't expected was Lebron's number being that low, would love to see the percentage of 50 win teams, like 7 out of ____.

He beat 7 50+ wins teams and lost to 7 50+ win teams.

LeBron has beaten a higher seed four times (Pistons, Bulls, Thunder, and Pacers). He has also lost to a lower seed three times (Magic, C Bags, and Mavericks).

Kobe has beaten a higher seed five times (Spurs twice, Kings, Wolves twice) and only lost to a lower seed once (Pistons).

Wow, that graphic is really telling. Shows us everything we've always thought about Lebron's playoff runs. I hope that gets around more.

    Just realized something.

Kobe in 09 and 10 beat 7 50+ win teams (only 1 team didn't have 50+ wins and that was the 48-win Jazz). In other words, Kobe in a 2-year span has beaten as many 50+ win teams as LeBron has in his entire career. :D

How many of the 7 were at full strength, either physically or emotionally?

    1. 2007 vs Detroit 53-29: He had that epic 20 something straight points scoring burst in this series iirc, but Detroit was on it's last legs from their 2004 championship.
    2. 2011 C-bags 56-26: Wasn't boston really banged up for the playoffs?
    3. 2011 Bulls 62-20: No hate here. This was a big series win.
    4. 2013 Spurs 58-24: Miracle ray Allen 3 from losing this, but gotta give credit where due.
    5. 2014 Pacers 56-26: Indiana had inexplicably melted down at the end of the season and playoffs. They were playing like a .500 team.
    6. 2015 Bulls 50-32: Rose just coming back from injury. Noah hobbled. Gasol injured and missed 2 games. Head coach knows he's getting fired.
    7. 2015 Hawks 60-22: Korver injured, Horford ejected, Carroll injured. Great team first 3/4 of year then disappeared in the end like Indy.
