    He's a top 5 coach, but he's got a lot to learn before his next gig.
    -must hire an offensive coach. He was too stubborn to do that before this season even after the FO asked him to and I think it was the nail in his coffin.
    -must hand over the play calling to the PG. draw whatever you want to during the timeout, but let the point guard be the extention of you and QB the offense. Bulls often didn't get into their offense until they were already in shot clock trouble because he was trying to set something up.
    -must learn how to utilize your personnel on offense. Can't run the same thing regardless of who you have. Be flexible.
    -must learn to play nice with the FO. Regardless of who was in the wrong, you'll be gone before they are.

    @alam1108 Good call. But I feel like you can overplay them, if necessary and if they're young enough if you're putting them in a position to succeed and are using them properly. Thibs wasn't doing any of that. If you overplay them but they don't have to work them as hard because you have them playing how they should, they'll get some easy minutes. Instead of a grind out 40+ minutes of hell.
