Harden is even more boring than Westbrook. Harden makes Tim Duncan look like Shaq in his prime. Harden is trash and will NEVER win s*** as the #1 guy.
He seemed to be finally trying too hard and beyond his current capabilities for a period against Houston. Turned it over twice in a row trying to do some really difficult, athleticism required things last night. Usually we don't see much of that from him. He's entitled some mistakes like everyone else especially with how well he is developing for us.
I love Caruso. But I find it a little embarrassing that he is getting all-star votes, it's almost like voting as a joke and he is becoming a meme. The guys a solid rotation player. But you can clearly see that he isn't an All Star, anytime he comes across one the difference between production and impact is night and day.
He's shooting to the top of the all-star voting because he's popular with fans. You don't have to be a star. Likewise, there are definitely stars in this league who are not popular, see Devin Booker.
did that scrub Yi Jilian use to get all star votes? n ac getting some is good sign that laker fans do support their players even the 8th guy off the bench gets more love than say that whinny no d Booker
The All Star game is pointless no doubt. All the stars try to take it easy and get some rest. But the label isn’t, some contracts even have bonuses contingent on making all star games. Yes, Caruso is popular among lakers fans - like I said I love him, but there is no way he should be anywhere near the all star game.
Batman deserves all the accolades we can throw at him. league best 4th quarter plus minus :Carusoshaka:
The NBA All Star lost it's shine when they took the fun away by stopping fans from voting the starters by themselves. The Pachulia campaign was fun, AC Green and young Kobe voted in by fans was fun. Now why would casual fans bother when their votes are not the final say on the starters?
I will take the All-Star game seriously when the NBA and the players will. Until then, I am going treat it as if it was Dancing with the Stars... and vote for my favorite, based on dress, boobage/assage or hair.
Last year the "all-stars" took 167 threes...I'm still in disbelief considering it is a game without any defense. How do you shoot 170 threes? WTF 90 and 77... THATS INSANE. It was garbage and pretty horrifying. I thought I'm watching the Rockets with only difference being both teams being full of James Hardens.
#2 shows the issue with the reliability of net ratings. Kuz + AD + any other 3 players (Bron included) hasn't worked.
So, KCP is the worst of them at almost +9 (!)... and then there's Rondo with -6.4. How is that even possible?
1. Caruso: +22.0 2. Kuzma: +17.5 3. Howard: +14.0 plus LeBron and AD. Starting lineup solved. If only it was that easy.
I don't understand Vogel's angle here. I hear praises for Rondo the distributor, but I fail to see it.
