    He's a runaway selection for DPOY unless he just sits Indian style on D for the rest of the season. It's rare to have a big who is not just a rim protector and shot blocker, but who can cover nearly anyone on the floor and win a game by getting stops against multiple players at multiple positions down the stretch. I think him being stuck and forgotten about in NO made us forget just how special AD is. He's probably the most versatile high impact defensive big since prime KG.

    And that's just one side of the ball.

    Also programming note: he'll be on First Take Wednesday.

    well, the next few games are @indy, @mil (who just got their streak snapped), home vs denver (whom we beat at their house), and home vs tenants (who i'm sure will bring all their guys to that one).

    so, yeah, there's definitely at least one loss coming up. if not, the league should cancel the rest of the regular season.

    no issue with him sitting out tonight

    they should be able to beat indy with lebron and everyone else. but if not, they can afford a loss. getting AD some rest should be the priority
