I can't believe the level he's playing at in his 17th season. He has even stepped up his defense. This is a different Lebron then what we saw last season even though his numbers were good. Right now he's the runaway MVP.

I'm pretty amazed how a guy his size and age is as fast and accelerates as quickly as he is doing this year. He's in incredible condition.

I'm with Vogel - it's unbelievable. I never in my wildest imagination thought Lebron's game would age nearly as well as it has. I was admittedly a hater though. He absolutely deserved those MVP chants in San Antonio.

Yup, same here. Never been so happy to eat tons of crow game after game after game. The only thing I regret is we got him so late into his career, let's cherish the time we have him on the team.

Did I mention I love this team?

I think we can all agree that LeBron is great despite his limited abilities in isolation and in the post.

but what has been a pleasant surprise to see is he is not nearly the douche of a person he was earlier in his career, and he has quit flopping which has been a nice surprise.

    he’s easier not to hate

that’s as far as I’m able to go with this sickening love fest. Win a couple of chips and we’ll talk. Until then, get to work.

You'd think Scottie would be biased towards the Clippers because their setup is more like Jordan Pippen than LBJ Lebron

So true. Dude is also nailing outside shots far better than I ever remember him doing so before

Lol they do that on The Jump often. I'm pretty sure they regularly put "Pantsed by Ron Artest" under Paul Pierce's name also

LeBron and Lakers haters are hilarious.

The "LeBron is afraid of the competition in the West so he's staying in the East" has turned into "The Lakers have had the easiest schedule." They won't give it a rest lol

Those jumpers late, wow that was clutch. He also hit some open guys repeatedly and they delivered, and solid defense again. Needs to figure out his free throws, but overall he was LeBron as usual, rolling along. Oh and he probably should have had even more than 11 free throws, he got hacked all night, Ingram gets more love from the refs than this guy, that’s ridiculous.

Only skinny, short, and Houston Rockets players get free throws. LeBron has to get rammed by a Ford truck to get a damn call. Even Lakers haters have to admit those were two crucial blown calls.

Before the best way to defend James was to concede the outside shot but he is now canning them at a good rate so that is now out. I would say his defensive output is now due to competent support from the likes of Bradley and Green along with rim protection from Davis, McGee and Howard.

That step back J in Ingram's mug for a four point lead was sheer confidence. Shocked that James was 5 for 9 at the stripe before he calmed down to make the crucial ones in that frenetic last minute.

Good to see him direct his teammates on defensive coverages while Vogel stood back and observed.

He was crying about the coaching staff running him into the ground with another 38 min to lead the team. SMH
