Kuz could learn some defensive positioning from Caruso.

Just wished he'd a hit triple and that would open things up: form looks fine on the spot up so I expect they should start going in soon.

Can't expect much more from a guy: he plays tough D across 2 positions, he can finish at the rim, smart, and is able to bring the ball up as well. Definite guy for the playoff rotation

I love this guy. Not the most talented offensively but lays it on the line every time he plays.

I am getting more and more impressed with his D. And some of his, uh... flopping efforts remind me of Fisher’s plays. Sacrifice your body for the team.

Most of the time though he plays very good, physical defense and fights the screens well. Kind of like Bradley actually. The two of them are not that different.

If the Bald Eagle was able to shoot close to 40% for 3, he’d become one expensive player in this league.

His defense on Booker was great. Bradley was too small and Booker was taking advantage, but AC was frustrating him to the point of turnovers. He missed a couple backdoor cuts, but Book will score.

whole team, including caruso, did a good job keeping booker away from open three looks. that meant giving up some drives, but the back line defenders complicated his life enough there to warrant the strategy.

i think booker just didn't like not being able to punk caruso. it got to him. honestly, he's the kind of guy who would let caruso's appearance lead to underestimating his abilities. he thought it would be easy because he's bald.

Caruso has become a very good defender because he's surprisingly quick and athletic. The dude has a quick burst he can put on you to help close out on guards. The problem with Kuzma in regards to his defense is he's simply not very athletic for his size so he has trouble guarding smaller players due to their quicker burst and then when guarding bigger players at the position, he's just not big enough to stop someone from posting him down. I'd like for Kuzma to be a lockdown defender but I'm more-so hoping he can become a 20-22 PPG scorer who can shoot threes at a good efficiency. Our team defense will help Kuzma so as long as he provides the offense we need, we won't have a problem with his defense. If he's clanking on the offense, it becomes a glaring problem so that's when it is an issue for us.

If he was Asian, he’d be starting the All Star game.

I love the chemistry he's got going with Lebron. Those give and goes and cuts between he and Lebron were dynamite last night. So good they had to do it twice.

Man, I thought he was a fluke.

He's been so much better than I anticipated. I am eating crow...

He's locked on for this season and next season relatively cheap, too. That makes it all the better.

Overly impressed by his defense, bit unimpressed with his shooting and creating.

Thought he could be a FVV type of guy possibly, but his shooting (for now) has looked poor

He is great though for those times when the defense is a bit flat and needs an energizer on that end who also pushes the pace and gets offense moving

I thought he did fine with creating a bit. Nice backdoor and in general moved the ball. He is not Nash, nor will he ever be. He is Avery Bradly 2.0....

There was a few of his at the end of last season saying he was our best PG not named Lonzo (or Lebron obviously). He was just doing things Rondo was no longer capable of. I wish he could create his own shot and shoot at a better clip from 3, but if he could do that, he'd be on another team since that's a 15 million dollar a year player in today's NBA.

Nah just kidding. Many of us will eat crow. I have as well and will in the future. Some others of us will require our takes to be wrenched from our rigor mortised dead cold hands.
