Well he's been pretty awful except for one quarter. I couldn't figure who was worse Kuzma or KCP this game which puts you into some negative territory

Stop, stop, stop chucking threes Kuz. You would think that he would've figured that out somewhere in those like 8 or 9 misses or whatever it was. Do something else. Cut to the hoop, try a midrange shot, do something different rather than brick from three with no legs. And then there were those turnovers too . . . learn from your mistakes Kyle.

Kuzma is a byproduct of social media. He's been buying into what everyone has said about him and got cocky off that. Send him back to the G-League and let him find his game again. He looked terrible out there turning the ball over, forcing terrible plays, and constantly forgets to box out. Great defense by the Lakers but it is a huge blow to us if Kuzma can't turn into a 16-20 PPG player for us.

The guy needs more time. It’s been four games. All that momentum he built through the summer and Team USA got torpedoed with injury. It takes more than four NBA games to get back into a rhythm.

That was awful. Like I get that the threes might not fall, but some of those passes weren’t just bad, they shouldn’t have been made. I feel like maybe he was playing with a bad hangover, or his mind was somewhere else, because it was not on this game. Like you can play rusty, sure, but that was beyond bad. When you have a hard time deciding if he was worse than KCP that says a lot. All I can hope for is he slows down and figures it out, it’s only been 4 games, and he didn’t cost us any wins.

I like Pete’s patience here. Not trying to make excuses, but it’s been 4 games, he didn’t have a training camp or preseason, and yeah, he’s the last real holdover of the kids only used to losing. Hope the vets can help him find his way and figure out his role better

Simply an observation. Playing with a bunch of kids is different than playing with a team of veterans. Your dumb s*** stands out more and people don't stand for it.

My hope for Rondo as well. LeBron and AD and Green and Bradley going to get in his ear if he starts the lazy half a** stuff out there like last year.

Some optimism with our shooting, worth noting that Klay Thompson's first seven games of last season shot 14% from three and ended the season shooting 40%. If our players can get to 36%, we're going to be infinitely more dangerous.

I get that he needs more time but still, kid looks like s***. If he plays like that around Christmas, im all for trading his a** for a good PG or wing defender...

At this point I really don't know what we can even get for him

Heres the tough part and why a deal likely won't happen:

His 2M salary is tough to match and we want cap space in 2021

Derrick White or maybe Collin Sexton (don't see cavs moving him)

So we’re trading him for marginal players after 4 games?

No, he does not look good at all. I'll say this though - he can actually play defense know?! Well, that's a positive. But he has to get over that injury soon because this is just not working at all.

I wouldn't mind trading Kuzma + KCP for a playmaking wing. AD is our future and I have my doubts about Kuzma's fit post-Lebron.
