So does Danny go off if his entire night was shadowing Kawhi? Instead it was Kcp with heavy minutes on the Finals mvp and suddenly KCBean got gun shy only putting up 3 shots. Meanwhile a career 7 shot attempt avg shooter doubled up his clip. Green had that extra juice on O for a reason.

Meanwhile Green played more minutes than he normally does. Our star duo played nearly half a quarter more than theirs. We had 4 more shot attempts and shot better from 3 than they did.

They had 3 more FTs and 4 more boards than us...but the game ended with us losing by double digits (min 4 possession game).

I think people need to realize that wasn’t a close game. It was a near 20pt turn around, with them taking control at the tail end of the 1st quarter.

I know, I know...we have to realize it’s just one game...

Climb down to reality with me..a one possession game is a good game? A 2 possession game is a close game, a 3+ possession game (9pts+) is no longer a close contest. Double digit deficit, imo is a decisive win aka route.

cLips brought back their core, yet we brought back Bron, Kuz, Kcp, Rondo, McGee and Caruso.

I mean we can make excuses or just realize we got punched in the mouth and need to do better.

Even with George and Kuz out...had this been a true close game where we were just as grimy as they were and they won on a 50-50 ball, I can feel better about it. They wanted it more and made adjustments to anything we threw at em. That’s not over reactionary...that’s a valid concern.

It’s the season opener, if they smash us later in the year and we make the same mistakes in a few months time then I would be worried.

It’s not like we were blown out by the end of the first quarter, we could of easily turned this game with our momentum going into the 4th, it didn’t happen, move on.

LOL yeah don't sweat the small stuff @karacha with facts when talking to this guy. Throw in Cousins too as he was al f****** ready our 3rd star ahead of Kuzma in the wings .... even at 80 - 85% of the old Cousins. Past the quad muscle already and back still in the playoffs amazingly. 1 1/2 years now past the achilles. Working his a** off and dropped 20-30lbs of weight.

Yes, I've been saying people need to lighten up. I'ts just one freaking game. We have two of the top 5 players in the league on our roster, so we're going to be ok.
