So fish lowers heart disease from eating too many plants or to much meat?

Eating too much fish spares you from cancer tho? Does fish oil battle or prevent diabetes?

GMOs aside, does eating too many vegetables and fruits lead to high diabetes and cancer? Nah, just bloating and diarrhea mostly.

But athletes need that protein, right? Plants got protein too. I’m sure you heard of it...and if you heard it, you definitely smelt it.

If you want to look the part and be a body builder, consume meat, go paleo and go raw AF. But check out for the residual effects once your competition days are over.

Kuz may have a body edition ESPN spread or two in his career, but other than that, meat proteins ain’t necessary to improve nor prolong his playing career. That’s just fake news.

There’s doctors, scientists and institutions to each camp, so again it goes off of preference. I will tell you this, incidence of disease states are higher in general for those that eat meat of any kind vs those that don’t or proactively limit themselves....and yes even Harvard med will tell you that.

    https://nutriciously.com/vegan-doctors/

As for the omnivore vs herbivore debate: our closest evolutionary counterpart eats meat roughly 9 times per year on avg and that is suggestive of the climate they are in impacting the resources available to them. Maybe being an omnivore (classified as 50% of diet eating meat) has something to do with that. You got plenty of stationary fruits and vegetables around...you good. If not, it’s off to hunting we will go.

Btw Savs, nice cameo last night...

    But where’s your tegridy bro?

Did they run that by @vasashi17 first to make sure there wasn't some more creative way to handle that?

It's like they don't even care about the future ramifications of this move. I mean, dude can't even play and you're extending him?

Haha...hey man I tried. But with the 2020/21 season bearing down on them they scrambled into yet another decision.

Seriously tho, extension time is coming up and do we make a team friendly offer or rookie designate him and offer near max coin (up to 25% of the cap) and years (up to 6yrs total)?

Kuz is with CAA and you know how they like to get down.

not sure if i'm misreading his tone, but you'd think a guy that grew up like he did might think 3.5 mil is a nice thing to have.

Nah, the only thing the FO is doing wrong imho is their present infrastructure. Seeing how our offseason went, I just want more seasoned execs up there.

Now if I had to take a stab at it, every time a potential candidate applied for the vacated prez position this spring, it went something like this...

Whoever told you it was Kob that was the one interested in meeting Heath Ledger, they was lying to you.

Anyways our relationship with CAA is no surprise to anyone...

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cb...iven-lakers-history-with-agencys-players/amp/

...which makes Kuz’s affiliation with them even more surprising.

I mean your guy Jules is still all up in his feelings about it.

So here’s a thought, maybe bring in an exec that helps and can potentially reunify that CAA partnership some.

Btw, I appreciate you caught my sub, LT. I was beginning to think no one but abeer and Stu ever picked up on em. I mean you really have to wade through paragraphs to find em haha.

You just don't quit with the nonsense. Your half as**d 15 guys you half heartedly finally put down, plus suggesting 27 million for Whiteside under any circumstance is ludicrous and in no way is better than what we have on the floor 1-14 now that any rational Lakers fan not wanting to play armchair GM is excited as bleep about. Yet you have the balls to still say this?

Whatever Dude. We have a really fine team to be excited about and root for and possibly get a ring if health holds. Too bad you can't enjoy it.

    :Crazyartest:

And please just keep that crap to yourself now that we all are more than clear on where you will never waver from, and let the rest of us ENJOY this season. You're seriously trolling at this point.

Plan A in coaching in free agency were not accomplished this offseason. And in case you forgot, it was their Plan A.

Always room for improvement. You want to disagree with that... fine. But during the dynasty days, folks was still complaining about Phil’s rotations, Shaq’s laziness and Kob ball hogging. That 3peat was nice...but Quat-row woulda been better. Right?

Btw, I tapped out, but you keep tagging me in. And you think I don’t quit? You’re a savage LT. But all that being said...

The gif on that Twitter thread with the chick shutting the door is hilarious. Haa

As for Randle, liked him when he was here, wished him well when he left, but I’m not feeling continued Lakers hate at this point. Shut it up mane. I look forward to the Lakers destroying the Knicks.

not sure if randle deserves to be salty. he was jerked around a bit here, but he also...didn't help anyone win anything. in addition, we let him out of RFA when we could have easily held him hostage.

Yeah. Randle puts up decent numbers, but what has he done? Did he expect to be treated like a superstar? Do I wish he was still a Laker? Sure. But AD was always the end-game and he plays AD's position.

One of the most bizarre reasons was given to: Bron a 3/4 is not worth playing next to in a market like LA, so he chooses to demand out of restricted free agency to go play with AD who is a 4/5 in a market like Nawlins. His deal was a defacto expiring deal to enter free agency the following summer, so what opportunity is going to get you more shine/exposure to get paid?

Like Savs said, dude plays your position too, yet you choose to go play with him over Bron.

That whole episode was wild. I still don't know how we couldn't figure out a way to S&t Jules to get both Rondo and Boog here if the object was to get everybody paid. Imagine had he stayed in LA while we whiffed on George and then AD demands a trade to LA....that means, more than just Kuz potentially gets spared in the AD overhaul. Oh well, enjoy your 40m guaranteed over 3 years in NY.

I mean I felt a little bad for Randle 2 years ago when it appeared he was kind of unfairly being given less playing time so maybe we wouldn’t have to pay him as much to keep him, but that was a long time ago. At this point I’m more like get over it, man, it’s a business.
