    slim pickins these days. someone with space might take a chance, and you always overpay. jaylen reminds me of harrison barnes. can play, starter-quality, still room to grow, but will he? barnes really didn't (not his fault, not lazy, just hit his ceiling).

    he should take whatever compromise they offer, tbh. if he tears an acl, they'll chuck him out on his a**.

    Absolutely. Rooting for the kid, his game is super exciting to watch, he’s got a very likable personality, but I worry about that body holding up to the beating he puts it through. And like Russell Westbrook, that freak athleticism is absolutely a huge part of his game.

    right. the way he cuts and glides with that much weight is why he's basically impossible even for pros to guard around the rim. but the joints can only take so much, in theory. we'll see if he breaks that mold.

    People are saying "he should probably lose 20 lbs". The truth is: for a 6-5 guy... he could lose almost 40 and he'd still be big and strong. You simply can't carry that much weight and expect to stay healthy.
