It's literally a fact. But factually a fiction.

Morey has proven that his facts have led to an empty closet in his office. He should win a ring before he talks ish about MJ.

Jeez, Morey is really stupid to say this. Besides everyone knowing what a BS statement it is, it puts a ton of pressure on Harden to try to prove he is better than Jordan. I mean what is his record in title series?? Oh yeah, 0 out of 0!! Don't give me an argument for someone who ain't done nothing except travel and convince the refs it ain't a travel.

    morey would say he's undefeated.

lol, that one sounds half-hearted. he conveniently leaves out who the the three were, the circumstances.

inside word was that morey didn't want to do the westbrook trade. curious to see how it all shakes out, both on and off the court.

anyway, dude's an arrogant tool at worst, imo. at best, he's smarmily (word now) disingenuous. he's got no honor, and i can't respect that. he's a video game nerd who improbably got a shot at running a pro sports organization.

I wish he would move the team there, but it will never happen. More money to be made in LA.

Stephen Curry is on the brink of another MVP
    :ADORLY2:
With Kevin Durant out of Golden State, everything is breaking for Curry to win his third MVP.

or plans to do load management after so many miles the last 5 years

his ball handling has gotten really lazy, and it might be a by product of fatigue

So there might be that 3rd option.

    1. MVP
    2. Lose time with ankle injury
    3. Load Management

I'm thinking #3 is more likely, as he seems past the ankle issues. And I think other players are more likely to gun for MVP. Not even sure that award matters that much to him tbh.

i don't know if gs has the horses to let curry sit nights or to even manage his minutes. curry/dlo isn't curry/thompson, much less curry/thompson/durant. and their depth has been depleted over time.

They are paying Fults 12.3 million? WOW.

The Orlando Magic exercised the fourth-year team options on guard Markelle Fultz and forward Jonathan Isaac and the third-year team option on center Mo Bamba, the team announced Monday.

All three players are now signed through the 2020-21 season. Fultz's option was for $12.3 million.

"Mo [Bamba], Markelle [Fultz] and Jonathan [Isaac] have each demonstrated a strong work ethic while exhibiting a commitment to team values," Magic president of basketball operations Jeff Weltman said in a statement. "We look forward to exciting futures with them as part of the Magic family."

The absolute best shooters of this NBA decade
Fultz, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2017 draft, appeared in 19 games for the Philadelphia 76ers last season, averaging 8.2 points, 3.1 assists and 3.7 rebounds. Due to a shoulder injury, he didn't play for the Magic after Orlando acquired him in a trade in February. He has played in just 33 games over his first two seasons in the NBA.

Bamba appeared in 47 games as a rookie, averaging 6.2 points, 5 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 16 minutes per game. Isaac appeared in 75 games last season, averaging 9.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.3 blocks in 27 minutes per game.

i suppose as long as they're a) not near the tax and b) don't plan to be players in FA next summer, it makes sense to just hang onto fultz's rights in case he gets right mentally.

edit: swear filter did not catch "unf%*$"

    note to self...

Toronto can’t keep their stars. And the ones that want to stay, they don’t want.

Wonder what vc would have been like with a bit more drive. The lack thereof made him more likeable in some ways, though.
