    Well he forgot to mention he's as tall as a skyscraper and this wont work for 99.9999% of the world. His jab step creates like 10ft of space hahahah

    Little footwork tricks go a long way in a game of inches, though. My hs coach was good about demonstrating this. For example, using my back foot as a pivot foot against half court traps saved a lot of turnovers and created buckets.

    even guys under 6' can use good footwork in half court sets.
    catch and shoot footwork
    crossover dribble footwork
    euro step footwork
    step back jumper footwork (can be deadly when used with the Sedale Threatt forearm to create space)
    even the occasional drop step can help you get a leg up

    i loved shammgod in college. he was fun to watch. i think he's employed a skills coach with the mavs. and yes, he's the one who popularized that move.
