wonders if Lebron would speak so loudly had he missed the shot? I love how the greatest ever is being hailed for his 3rd game winning shot in his playoff career.
It seems everyday we get closer to the nightmare, Clippers vs Cavs in the finals (better than Rockets/Cavs I guess). Also it's funny how no one believes Atlanta has a shot next round. I'm hoping that with all the Cavs injury issues, Atlanta can make it interesting, I also still have hope that Pau comes back and Chicago can pull this off, but they really gave away game 4.
I did see LBJ interviewed though and he made a big point about how he called off the coach's play and called his own number. That said . . . Nice shot. Good make in the clutch. Good for him, I applaud the make, not the talk.
I just like how it has reopened this door of "LeBron is more clutch than Kobe and Jordan". The ESPN heads started telling them to talk about it on the radio. I mean really... The guy has only taken like 10 shots to win games. He's been in the league over 10 years and only has how many game winners? Still, props for taking/making the big shot in the big moment. The Bulls should have doubled him.
The media will jump at every opportunity to put Lebron above Kobe, this time it's playoff buzzer beaters. Stats can tell you a lot but they can easily be manipulated to tell all sorts of stories.
All I know is there are very few mega stars I'd want to pass up the last shot than Lebron. He gets rid of...errr.. passes the ball on the last shot better than anyone in history I think. The level of trust he has in teammates is amazing, off the charts even and then he actually shoots one and, gasp, makes it. Wow greatest ever.
Agreed that it was positive that Lebron asserted himself and made a buzzer beater. But this is definitely the exception. It is corrupt journalism for ESPN not to mention this and to somehow paint Lebron as clutch, but the ESPN will script their Vince McMahon story-lines. Who cares about veracity when you can P.T Barnum the truth. Everybody should have known for years the answer to this question. How do you stop a Lebron buzzer beater? Play the passing lane. I guess what Kobe said in that All Star game finally made him better.
That was a weak flagrant two, refs just making sure Lebron wins this one and not have it be a closer game. The Bulls offense is really bad though, not just this game but in general.
Oh man that was a horrible call and ejection. How could they not see with the close up end line camera what happened there?? It couldn't have been for the climb over the back that sent them to the floor could it?
Such garbage. Refs have completely ruined this series. Add these two incidents tonight to the refs incompetence. It's a different rule book for the Lebron lead Cavs. Bulls can't beat the Cavs and the refs.
