I wonder if Danny Green is a Trojan planted here to screw us over when we need him the most.

That #2 is a snake and snake himself out of the Spurs. He said he will do the same to our Lakers.

    Ballmer effin' won.

    And Woj and Momo.

    I'm sick to my stomach.

By tomorrow, Vegas will have that team as the prohibitive favorite.

And we don't have a full team.

Cris Carter: “All the information that leaked from Magic’s conversations with Kawhi’s team didn’t help the lakers case”

Screw Magic, he should’ve just stayed far away when he quit on the team

i don't blame magic for this

he wanted to be a clipper all along. this whole waiting game was to see if they'd be able to land PG. if they hadn't been able to i'm pretty sure he would've stayed in toronto

Nah. This is total b******* and damage control.

Kawhi recruiting KD, Kawhi wanting another star, Kawhi trying to find someone to pair up with him, Clippers looking for another star for Kawhi, and etc tweeted by Woj isn't leaking but Magic saying it went well is?

Don't buy it. Just trying to turn it around on Magic so Laker fans aren't totally ticked off at #2. Don't fall for that s***. Everything that comes from #2s camp has been 100% lies and it isn't going to change now.

I don't believe Carter for a second. Seems like as long as the Clippers could get PG, Kawhi would go there no matter. And if not he was turned off by the superteam stuff so he'd go back to Toronto. We were always the ones that weren't really in it, it seems like.

I can’t believe he played us like this. He really did screw us over making us wait. Actually I’m more mad at OKC, PG has 3 years left on his deal, if he demanded a trade I’d have laughed at him and told him get ready for training camp.

    Don’t believe Carter?

Magic basically told Kawhi things were messed up here, but it’s cool just talk to Jeanie.

Im not blaming Magic that seems like BS. And let me be clear I think Magic's whole leave the Lakers bit was sabotage to get the team. I voiced that a couple times. I think his talking to Kawhi was a way to save face in the long run. I don't think he crapped on the team at that meeting. I think, like others have said, that Kawhi didnt want to be part of a super team and have his own. He needed a "boo" to run next to him. PG answered his new Daddy's call. I'm pissed at Magic for a lot of things but Im not buying the reports its his fault. Bulls***

Dammit. Waking up to see this shhhh happen.

I think Clippers are now ahead of us.

Better FO, better coach, 2 MVP runner ups, way more depth...

I'm really upset right now especially with them getting George for half of what we gave up for AD. Their picks won't be worth a lick. Swaps are meaningless.

Can't believe that I'm siding with the Spurs in their whole Kawhi saga. Guy had played three franchises now( Spurs, Raptors, Lakers) with that whole silent, private guy shtick when he was cold and calculating all along. Now we are left to scramble and get all the remaining free agents now that all our plans b,c,d....are off the table.

I know that Ballmer wants to build up the Clipper brand, but they will always be 2nd rate in LA and all over the world. And not to sound salty, but they are the Clippers. Things always go wrong for them. Prepare to be injured for the rest of your career Kawhi. You deserve all the bad karma for everything you put everyone through.

I’m with you, I’m not thrilled with Magic, but no way he did anything but talk us up to try and land Kawhi. If he had helped us get Kawhi it only helps Magic’s rep with fans again, he had incentive to only be positive. I didn’t love that Magic immediately spoke to ESPN about his conversation with uncle Dennis, but if THAT is what put the Clippers over the top for Kawhi that’s lame as hell. This feels like spin, it was Clippers for him all along.

I actually don’t question the injury. Didn’t it flair up in the Finals? He was limping from like game 3 on.
