If Gasol not playing it is huge. he really opens up the court with his mid way shot.
it all depends on how Butler and the rest of the guys defends Lebron. Kyrie is injured so I see Lebron going for a 40 Point game in game 4.

Bron is going to have a HUGE mother's day effort. Bulls have to withstand his first quarter assault. They're fine without Pau as long as Gibson and Mirotic are used properly.

Pau is useful and a fave of everybody's here, but the Bulls actually started clicking when he was off court. Mirotic and there bigs are difference makers, and of course Butler and Rose had great games once they started driving to the basket and making a few shots (or one in particular Mr Rose).

Pau is useful but I wouldn't overstate his value as we often state what he can do, as opposed to what he should do on court. I will concede his mid court shooting is set to kill this series though.

Tristan Thomas was putting in some work in the rebounding and hustle dept, if the Bulls can win the boards, game 4 is theirs.

It will be hard for them to win but here I go with my Mr Optimism hat and say Bulls win game 4. Fate officially tempted. lebron be gone.

The only thing Pau does for them is offensively via the mid-range and passing. He rarely posts up now and if he isn't giving you 20/10, he's killing you.

His defense has been absolutely dreadful this series, too slow getting out on shooters, abused in pick and roll and a non-factor at the rim.

The only thing worse than his defense is his rebounding. TT should go to jail for the beating he puts on Pau. Pau has no chance with TT in the game.

I'm not fearful of Bron or Kyrie, if the Bulls can get their defensive rotations together and stop leaving shooters open, I like the Bulls chances today. That's what is killing them this series.

JR Smith and Chicago's horrific offense saved Lebron tonight.

Chicago has a chance now, down 3 with the ball, 1:13 left.

Bulls have a missed a golden opportunity, Kyrie injury, Lebron shooting bad, refs ok and they haven't been able to close it out.

JVG is right, Cavs have no timeouts but are getting a free one because the refs are reviewing a play. Have to change the rule.

They won't win though unless a major horde of injuries hit the western teams.

I agree. I was really hoping the Bulls could take care of them because I don't trust ATL or the Wiz. However I think these minutes are going to continue wear Lebron down, he aint a young buck anymore and I could easily see him getting a major injury before the playoffs are over.

Even the "drama" down the stretch doesn't make up for the terrible level of these games ...
