    I’m actually nervous about the empty plane thing. Nobody saw Kawhi leave the hotel or get on the plane. If it’s picking up his family that can only mean he’s going to the Raptors right?

    Well, before an announcement is made, I need to say this before ppl think it’s after the fact. Someone said this a few pages back- the pursuit for Kawhi is and always has been worth it. Even if we don’t get his signature, I feel like we were legitimate candidates. Locking down someone like Seth Curry or Terrence Ross is not worth losing the shot at Kawhi.

    That was quick. If he was on it, then I would think he chooses an LA team. If he was not, then it is Canada for sure.

    Hate that I’m over analyzing a plane trip, but if it truly was empty and we see it start heading back to Toronto soon then I think it’s over for us. If Kawhi was on it, I’d start feeling really good. If Kawhi wasn’t on it, but some of his family like Uncle Dennis was, then it could still go either way.

    The idea would be that they might have a press conference or something in Toronto to announce his re-signing, and that Kawhi would probably want his family there for that.

    Of course that’s 100% speculation.
