This dude Sedano annoys the hell out of me listening to him. He was anti Lakers until the AD trade, now he's in love with the Lakers and they can't do nothing wrong in his eyes.

While its conceivable they can get their tiny little piece of the market place they are not a major player in the NBA sneaker market. I've seen shoes come and go over the years from British Knights to Lugz and everything else in between. Growing up in South Central Los Angeles one thing I will tell you about poor people, they have expensive shoes and you'll see more Jordans and Nikes than anything else by far. Even Reebok struggles to keep up with the Jones on that level and they're a much larger player than NB. Sure Staph has a following and surprisingly sold some shoes at a dollar amount I never thought possible but he's marketable and has charisma. The Klaw, and mainly because of his lack of a personality, should have stayed with a major brand if they are worried about how many dollars they can pile up is all I'm sayin..

You have a small window of opportunity to maximize your earnings at this level. This is one major reason the Lakers brand holds a major advantage over the Claps and Craps and hopefully will play a factor in him coming home to purple and gold
