    This is getting outta hand now lmao. Like yea Kawhi is going to make his decision based on how "private and respectful" the Clippers have been. I'm sure he's sitting there thinking, "hmm I'd love to go to the Lakers, but they've been too aggressive. The clippers have been so private and respectful, that's where I'm going for sure"

    I think this whole Kawhi being introverted thing gets blown way outta proportion

    It’s all just noise, none of these “sources” know what’s going on most likely. The only ones that do are Kawhi and his camp, and now probably the Raptors, Lakers, and Clippers. Whatever happens, happens, I’m sure we’ve done everything we can to make the best pitch to him, if he picks another team so be it, we’ll still have LeBron for a couple more year and then AD to keep building around. And if Kawhi does sign here we will have the next dynasty ready to go, but I haven’t gotten my hopes up, Kawhi is a different dude, he could go in any direction.

    Just listening to Chris Carter on “First things first”(FOX), he reiterated Kawhi’s initial trade demand last year wherein he requested to be traded to Los Angeles. Lakers in particular. Chris Carter has some brilliant insights/intel, since he’s really close to Kawhi and his Uncle. More like a family set up. He also mentioned that they (Kawhi’s camp) are feeling out the lakers and also trying to establish a road map for Kawhi’s load management/ usage, before making a public announcement.

    I keep telling myself that we have Lebron and AD and that Kawhi is essentially a luxury and not a need. However, I’m too invested now and desperately want us to seal this deal, especially after the way they cleared cap space and brought us within striking distance of acquiring arguably the world’s best player. We would have 2 franchise cornerstones (Ad/Kawhi) in their prime and holding fort...long after Lebron’s swan song.

    It leaks today, announced tomorrow.

    Kawhi’s personal doctor is on the team.

    Kawhi has been told 66 is the upper limit of games he’d play. Regardless of season outcomes.

    LeBron & AD have both told Kawhi he’s the lead.

    LeBron has envisioned himself as a Scottie 20/6/6 lockdown defender.

    Kawhi will wear #2.

    Press conference is tentatively scheduled for July 10th. Where the lakers plan to have the roster set, and introduce AD & Kawhi.

    AD straight up asked Kawhi does he plan on leaving, and he told him the day he retires.

    Kawhi said he doesn’t give a damn about FMVP’s (Lakers tried to sell him on 3/3), he wants his family to see his jersey in the stadium forever(direct quote)
