Yes and yes. He is going to be remembered as the best shooter ever when he retires. I am sure of this.

AD is already the best two-way player in the league. I expect him to continue dominating, frankly. Just keep doing what he is doing.

Yes. Stephen Curry is probably the best shooter of all-time.

Anthony Davis will soon be the best player in the league.

Unibrow will soon be the best player once LeBron starts declining.

Series was a sweep but Pelicans put up a solid fight.

AD is such a beast, and he just turned 22.

I'm not trying to be over dramatic, but Curry is the best shooter I've ever seen. I don't remember Ray Allen or Reggie Miller being this good.

I'm surprised when he misses. A joy to watch.

^For a superstar, I agree. His father, Del Curry made his living as a catch-and-shoot sharp shooter in the NBA (40% career average from 3pt range), so it's in the genes. His son has a much better all-around game.

Agree Rev. Kerr, Korver, his dad, Paxson, and a few others were specialist, whereas he does so much more. Unlike the others, he can create his own shot. That and his shot being so effortless are the 2 main differences.

Great questions jazzygirl. I have to agree with everyone here - I think Steph might be the very best shooter I've seen. He's unreal. Simply unbelievable.

AD is going to be a monster. In fact, he already is. He just doesn't have the stamina yet that he'll develop later to truly close out games. That comes with a little more age. Give him 3 years and I think he'll be the best player in basketball.

I'm saddened that this ended so early, it was far and away my favorite series even though it's only the first round. I just really liked both teams and the way they play basketball. I can't say the same for the other matches. Most of them I really dislike at least one of the opponents. I hate the Paper Clips, Rockets, Cavs and Beantown both (really don't like that series!), and the rest of the east is kind of boring to me except for maybe Chi-town. I do like both Portland and Memphis but it's so lopsided with the Blazers being so beat up.

Ah well. On to the next round battle between the Grizz and GSW. That should be a very good one.

I didn't see this post, but mentioned the same 2 you did. LOL. I think Curry is already above them.

As for AD, he's already one of the best in the league. I think he needs a go to shot that he can shoot with the game on the line. Very steady player. Doesn't try to do too much. Would love to see him on a team that can go deep in the playoffs.

I've watched Kobe his entire career so it takes a lot to impress me now-a-days but some of the things Curry is doing just makes me shake my head.

The bold part... Separates Curry from all the rest. What impresses me more is his ball handling skills to get around defenders, get his shot off or throw a slick pass for a dime. The last players I've heard and seen footage that had this type of skill were Earl Monroe and Pete Maravich.

Shooting threes off the dribble like Curry does is something I can't explain ....

Even though it was a sweep, Pelicans played hard and were competitive against a team significantly better than they were.

Davis is a monster. In two years, he should be the best in the game. If they can get him a little more help, maybe some healthier bodies, they are in a good spot.

Only thing holding Davis back is health. His game needs to be streamlined. Not as much leaping, more post game, and some good core strengthening exercises. There's nothing stopping him from being the next Kareem (in his own way of course). Just needs to play big.

Called it in 5. I thought Davis and NO could have pulled out 1 game. Guess not; Curry is a killer
