    I know we have a history, weather, hot chicks bla bla bla. But tell me, how did it "work" lately? We couldn't get a f***ing meeting from guys like Aldridge or Gasol ffs. If it wasn't for Bron and his bussiness opportunities we would be rocking a d-league squad.

    I don’t disagree with a lot of what you said, but how many MVPs and rings does Kawhi have? What high school teams did he drag to the finals? When did he play for a s*** coach like Luke Walton/Ty Lue/Mike Brown?

    It was 2 years ago that Toronto was swept by LeBron.... Don’t act like it was 20.

    It’s an okay place to live. However, the winter is no joke. Everything broke well for them. I actually felt that Philly was going to beat them and would have if not for that crazy shot by Kawhi. As for the Bucks, they were exposed and Nick Nurse came up with a great game plan.

    I can see Kawhi leave because of endorsement opportunities... I think those would be more plentiful in terms of how lucrative the deals are and the opportunity for personal branding in Los Angeles than in Toronto.

    This guy is the key to the entire offseason. Once again, that's obvious. But adding him is the only way I believe we can compete for a ring in the next two years, while maintaining our young core that can continue our dynasty. None of the other free agents available can do that. Granted, I do think signing Kawhi means the Lakers don't even blink at throwing every single asset we have at AD.
