gortat didn't look that bad when i watched him this year. some team should give him a tryout to finish the year, see if they want to bring him in as a backup/3rd stringer next year. could be us. i mean, he's no zubac, but we're pretty f***ing stupid, so here we are.
GSW is beatable this season. It's all in KD's hands, if he's one foot out the door, they may have a problem dealing with tension and all that. As long as it doesn't mean HOU or BOS winning the trophy im good with anything.
you gotta root for gs unless you want a houston title. they're back to killing everyone again and have swept the warriors thus far. the end is near. and man, this is NOT how cousins scripted it. imo, he needs to volunteer to go to the bench. this would counter the narrative on him being selfish AND help them win more. if he's worried it will cost him cash in FA, he needs to think about how much cash it will cost him to be the guy who brought down the warriors.
There's a reason they wanted Bogut. Relegate DMC to spot duty under 20 minutes to exploit mismatches, but he's clearly not in the flow yet.
i'll be surprised if portland makes it out of the first round. they're going to be playing one of utah, houston, or okc, perhaps without home court advantage. which one do you pick portland to beat? it's going to be gs and houston again.
