The max cap needs to get figured out and then we need stability/familiarity.

Denver and the Bucks were bottom feeders in their respective conferences last year, with Denver missing the playoffs and the Bucks being a 7th seed.

This year they pretty much clinched a playoff berth already and lead their respective conferences.

Bud and Malone are good coaches. Once you reach a stable roster with the core pieces intact, could Luke get a current bottom feeder to be one of the elite regular season squads within a year?

If you can't confidently say yes, then we gotta start casting a net on possible candidates.

Also with the March 1st deadline now gone, no realistic help other than Melo and/or Gortat are coming...our bench was outscored again tonight. Lance woulda been helpful, but if Kuz/BI/Bron have a dip in offensive production (like Kuz did tonight) we need some punch from the bench.

If he honestly believes that, he should been fired yesterday.

You are in March and your rotations are still f***ed. GTFO. I'm sure Luke's a good guy but he doesn't have head coach qualities right now.

Turnovers at the end hurt, but the real killer was again going Rondo-Bron ball in the 4th. Luke preaches ball movement but allows Rondo to monopolize the ball and force feed LeBron down the stretch with less than 10 seconds on the clock. LeBron's last three drives the Bucks simply waited for him to drive and collapsed on him. BI had no meaningful touches in the 4th. after blitzing the Bucks for 29 through three. Wth Luke ....Who's in charge? Ball movement and defense and we win this game. Team played well through 3 1/2 quarters. Hopefully they'll learn off this missed opportunity.

It's like Luke doesn't know his players at all. Yet, he is constantly looking at the stat sheet.

He knows nothing about game flow, adjustments, who’s hot/cold, how the defense is attacking, nothing...

His in game coaching is an F. He has his pre-made game plan and sticks to it no matter what.

Hey let’s keep a struggling Kuzma on the court by himself to start the 4th. No you dope. We need wins, who was balling? Ingram and Lebron. Ok second half one of them is on the court the entire time. It’s literally not hard. And that’s not his most egregious mistakes last night.

Better coaching + better role players = Easy playoff birth (Even with the injuries)

And guess what we will have 6-7 new players on the roster next season so this dunce can spend 90% of the season mucking stuff up.

For some perspective... Stevens had been looked at as the goat coach...but leading a young team to the ecf in a watered down conferene last year to having trouble managing large personalities this year, means there's more to coaching than young player development and x&os.

Also our owner is probably the biggest Luke diehard and gave Kob that legacy deal , while the cbags owner stays just as douchey as their GM.

Like to see GOAT Stevens keep LeBron from playing as LeBron has always and forever more will play which is however he wants. Not that it hasn't worked out HOF well for him. Or from getting fired as soon as LeBron does what LeBron always does just cause. Except in Miami where you don't **** with Riles the Dictator.

There is ZERO excuse for benching Bullock down the stretch. And then KCP who is JR Smith lite as far as decision making is inbounding the ball? How many poor decisions has this guy made this season, why was he even put in that position?

And then Luke basically admits he didn’t account for the fact that getting the ball inbounds was important...WTF? You could see it right away they were not prepared for the press.

This loss is on Luke. Needs to go.

Money wise, sure. But a ton more work. Commentary gig he just needs to show up and shoot the s*** while watching basketball. It's not like he's a regular on shows anyways.
