Good one...you're full of stuff too!

And on that s***...deuces! I'm sure you'll get the last word in. But I'll just flush it out the system and won't respond.

And I know who you are...Ken.

Stop sucking up to the boss and go get healthy so you can try to break some of my records. Also step up to your pops already. Btw, give me another 25...you're getting kinda chunky.

Completely agree. I'm very optimistic about his type of mental deficit, but he could turn out to be type 3! Here are the types I see.

    1. Pensive and passive with yips due to lack of experience transitioning to playing with mean grown a** men. The confidence will come with every experienced success. Mental growing pains = Lonzo, who else here to validate my example?

    2. Immature knuckleheads = Swaggy p, lance, beas, and DLo before his change of scenery.

    3. Straight up mentally weak, soft p**** cats. Easily broken = Kwame, Howard.

    4. Just dumb. Will never have the bball iq to match their physical gifts = Wes Johnson, javale.

I’m convinced most on this board don’t know how to evaluate young talent ...wanting consistency out of a young player is virtually impossible especially when they come in to the league at 19-20. I think B.I. And Zola are a solid core and the lakers will be making a mistake in trading either. In respect for Zo it’s all about rhythm the last two season has shown me this last year towards the end his shooting percentage improved and overall feel of the game. Ff to this year he had to work back in the rhythm with no off season and Luke putting him on a short leash. Okc shows me he has the tools to play at this level.i just many don’t understand the impact on your body the game at this level is and there’s an adjustment period Zo is going through.

Tatum is the most overrated young prospect in the league. Pass. I'll take Zo, Kuz, and BI over Tatum. The guy can't create for others to save his life, yet he's supposed to be a future star? Nah. Not boarding the hype train.

Guys...even putting health aside, I'm taking Tatum over Lonzo. This is a non-discussion.

Add in the fact that Lonzo literally can't stay on the floor and Tatum has shown to be durable thus far...I'm sure everyone would take Tatum over Lonzo right now for the simple fact that he's ON THE FLOOR and he's PRODUCING.

Now if we're talking Tatum over Kuzma or Ingram? That's a discussion. I think these 3 are all in the same category...each guy does something better than the other...I still take Ingram over Tatum but probably take Tatum over Kuzma based on potential alone and their respective ages (2-3year difference between the two yet I believe Tatum is already just as good as Kuzma if not better).

But Tatum-Lonzo discussion? Don't insult my intelligence. Lonzo needs to prove he can stay HEALTHY first before we put him in the same sentence as Tatum.

lol, beat me to it. wtf?

    anywayz...

i wouldn't have taken tatum. i would have traded down or out, as i said at the time. ball wasn't/isn't an indefensible pick. if he had been healthy, i'd value him similarly to tatum, actually, who i think is more rudy gay than the mystical god the press makes him out to be.

Isn't hindsight grand. We needed an elite passer and player to run a team. We got lucky in that he's also elite defensively. He will be finishing and much more of an offensive threat in the future. Who the hell can predict injuries. Look what happened to Randle and George. Bogut falling out of the air with his horrible injury. Shaun Livingston. Curry in his early years. Hate all the Mr Glass crap. They made the right choice. Except for the father situation which negates a great deal of all the positives.

Just as capable in the elite ways Lonzo is capable ..... that's up for debate. But yeah Fox is coming along nicely. I wouldn't have taken him over Ball. Meh we all have our opinions.
