I am willing to concede that Tatum is probably the best prospect of the bunch simply because he can score in more ways than Ingram making it easier overall for him to rack up higher point totals consistently. But the difference isn't the massive gap the media makes it out to be. Every one of the C Bags prospects are playing no where near the level they were last postseason. Their numbers should be down a little when you consider Kyrie is going to insert his usage rate into the mix. But due to that attention Kyrie receives, their efficiency should get a bump. As for Brown and Rozier? Please. A 12 ppg sf who plays average defense is all of a sudden a gem? Rozier is an NBA average backup point guard.

Ball is special. People rag on his shooting, but the way he impacts the game is far superior to anyone on the C Bags not name Irving, Tatum or Horford. Notice that when ex NBA players are asked about Lonzo, they all LOVE him. Kuzma is more explosive than any of the C Bags prospects (including Tatum). Unfortunately he's not consistent.

FEAR. Once the Lakers get to the top we tend to stay there or near it for around a decade. No NBA franchise has been consistently great for as long as the Lakers. Not even the C Bags, who mainly dominated the league in the early days probably with a lot of cheating.

Freeing up the PG spot so Lonzo knows for sure it’s all his.

Pretty sure this kid has literally stalked some guys when they’re in LA taking free agent meetings. Like he’ll snap a picture of some player at dinner to try to gain credibility, and then throw out BS rumors to take advantage of free agency buzz and get followers.

He doesn’t have an ounce of credibility ... but more power to him for the hustle.

I read various places that they’d rather trade Holiday, Mirotic, and Randle to try and get an all-star than trade Davis. Convince him to stay, replace him, who knows. Also read they offered those guys for picks, so who the the hell knows indeed.

NO isn't going to get a better deal than what we put on the table. If they think they can they are deluded. They need to figure that out quickly and wrap it up.

Im thinking, they are petty enough to take a worse deal than ours, just to not see AD in the Lakers uni. True professionals...

I think many of us are inclined to say Tatum because of the playoff run. Even if we give them that one, I’ll take our guys over Brown and Rozier.

Outside of the Duke kids, I’m not wowed by any of the kids available to be drafted.

I believe we’re both in Florida so I know what you mean by others leaning Boston, but I just can’t really agree. I think they are buying into the media narrative from being able to view more of the C Bags than the Lakers based on the time the games air and other factors.

I think we’ve just hit peak silly season with the media coverage and a lot of things like the phone calls are blatant lies.

I don’t trust most of these people or their “analysis.”

Right now this story is being discussed more than the Super Bowl. Networks and journalists know that. So they are running full speed with every rumor they get even when they know it’s trash because they know it will get clicks and views.
