And that's the type of team that causes issues for GS. They always have trouble against length. Granted, we still cant shoot, but chaos.

That team would have trouble throwing the ball into the ocean.

Nice game Slender Man. Career high 36. 80% shooting and 80% FTs!

Only player, playing with fire and showcasing to magic that he's someone you try to keep. If Ingram just dedicated his off-season to 2 primary things, getting bigger strength wise and mastering that 3 point shot he'll be an elite player.

I don't know the future of these players, but BI's dunk on Brewer is one of the funniest things I've enjoyed in a while. He was SMILING as he went up and then laughed at Corey at the end. The dunk is such a Ingram dunk too. This is BI's most vicious poster and yet somehow it went down with a grace of a floater. Go go gadget arms I guess. Either way it's hilariously perfect.

If you can't shoot 3s and can't get to the line and can't make FTs, it is pretty much impossible to get 50.

He went 16-20. Thats as good as humanly possible and he still missed 50 by like 1/3.. It won't be possible for him unless he gets and makes 15-20 FTs along with 4-5 threes.

If he chucked every time on offense he could have been close

It's cool that it was a nationally televised game as well.

Well it doesn't matter what BI believes...it matters what he does.

The problem is not being ABLE TO score against anyone. Its going out and doing it under the following guidelines:

    a) with decent efficiency,
    b) in high volume,
    c) every other night.

His efficiency is OK even though it sucks that he can't shoot 3s and hit FTs.

He can become passive and check out of games and has a questionable motor which means the high volume part is 50/50

He definitely doesn't do with a decent enough regularity and consistency.

At this point he is more of a trade asset than the future of the Lakers...which would look very bleak with him and Ball being the face of the franchisel.

Brandon needs to get into the gym in the offseason and shoot a million threes. That's what Ariza did and why he upped his game immensely. BI can score on drives now pretty effectively. But he needs that long ball in his arsenal and right now it's not there at all. He should be working on it now even and maybe he is but he's got no belief in it.

The shooting will improve. It's pretty much a given, especially when the mechanics are as decent as Ingram's.

The list of current NBA players that have scored 36 pts at age 21 is very short. There's a reason why he was drafted at #2. He's only going to get better.

really wonder whether jerry stackhouse was the right mentor for this guy. that's a very stackhouse concern. scoring in isolation on low efficiency shots only works if you're at a kobe/dirk level of unstoppability. i mean, jamal crawford could score on anyone. lots of guys can. are you good enough at it to make the other team have shift its priorities lest you beat all of them by yourself. honestly, even mvp james harden didn't reach that level until this year. and that's with officials in his pocket.

iso game--particularly minus a three point shot--just isn't that effective anymore and really hasn't been since the league legalized the zone.

Very timely game from Ingram...boost that trade value at the right time...

Funny enough...Ingram is exactly what the Pelicans do NOT have right now...Kuzma and Mirotic are vry similar players....

I hope Demps was watching last night...
