harden would be 1000x more likeable if he had more games like this where he shot a normal amount of FTs (9 tonight) compared to his usual 30
I guess we just need to have his beloved refs betray him with terrible BS calls. I think it fueled his desire to win today!
Harden is going to win another god damn MVP, the Rockets are on their way to a top 4 seed again, they will challenge GS in the playoffs yet again, FML.
Morey claiming he's the greatest offensive player of all time is insulting for a number of reasons, not only because it's false, but also because a lot of better offensive players than him also played the other side of the ball.
yeah, that and had guys like kobe been given the green light to shoot 15 stepback threes a game, numbers would have been gaudier. and yes, if harden played like this more often, he'd be a legit mvp. but he doesn't. this game was an exception, not the rule, no matter what morey or the media says.
^ only if Boogie plays decent ball. They would have lost last year if it wasn't for Paul's injury (inserts puke emoticon).
Hou has Gs's number. They'll beat them if they meet again. Irony is that harden isn't as good as curry or Durant, but Houston's awful system maximizes him more than gs's better system maximizes their guys. Wouldn't be true without harden owning the refs, but that's just fact now.
Curry has to be the most coachable star of all time with Duncan . Watching KD get 90% of the shots down the stretch and spending so much time without the ball in his hands .
Yeah imagine Kobe getting the harden ref love (though Kobe had too much integrity to flop) and shooting 12+ 3s/game on average! Imagine Larry bird shooting that many 3s. He'd be a 6'8 Steph.
dude's hair is pretty thin right now. Coaching us would make him bald for sure, and I don't think that would be pretty. But hey, maybe he could lead the recruitment of Kawhi!
not a chance in hell pop is as old school as it gets. he'll stay loyal to SA, not to mention he despises the lakers
LA media would not revere him the way SA media does and lets him get away with the crap he pulls. He is pretty much a flat out a** to all media. In LA, not so sure that would go over well.
I think Pop retires soon and as a Spur. I do kind of want Messina from their group of assistants though but you gotta think that they are grooming him for their head coach position.
