Make up your mind. You prefer the suit shorts and giant purse? I'll take the wine.

ya'all didn't like my La Bodega? Tough Crowd.

Hopefully Lebron takes whatever time is needed to heal up properly, and comes back full strength and can play most of the rest of the year.

I'm a firm believer that you can learn while watching, and right now he gets to see the players operate without him out there. Without Rondo, and McGee. Players are going to get to showcase strengths and weaknesses in games he might not normally get to see.

I believe championship level players that are intelligent as he is can find a way to incorporate this knowledge into his play later with his great setup skills.

Some great teams have turned players being out into an advantage later. Fisher coming back during that one run comes to mind.

He's among the best to ever do it in the first 45 minutes of the game. Impacts the game like few have ever done before him. A multi-generational talent.

We just need to recognize it's best if we have scoring talent around him that can come through with the game on the line. If they are open, he'll find them, but they've got to be able to create or make the shot. In the last couple of minutes of a game when things tighten up, you need an unstoppable guy off the dribble that can create for himself or others. He had that guy in Wade and Irving previously. If he's the only guy, he does have limited moves one on one, and defenders can clog the lane and play their men tight. Since we aren't a system team, it makes open looks harder to find. Expecting Lebron to succeed in that environment is setting everyone up for failure and disappointment.

It's ok to admit he isn't that guy (Even though he has come through on occasion). He's not wired to want to dominate and shove it down your throat even if he's genetically superior athletically. It drove his contemporaries nuts to see the physical gifts he had, but not be wired with the same cutthroat desire to take over down the stretch.

why fight it? Either get him that guy to play alongside him, or we develop that guy. The experiment with BI isn't progressing all that great, so a move is likely coming. It wouldn't surprise me if the front office makes a move around the trade deadline, and it wouldn't shock me if they didn't. Hard to do a deal that doesn't impact future flexibility to sign a max guy in the offseason. We're going to trade young talent for a rental?

Kuzma is probably a year away from that potential, but he is still best if you catch him on the move. When the half court gets slowed down, so does his impact. We're an incomplete team if we want to win it all.

Dang fellas, why you gonna make Lebron sing the birthday song to himself? He's your best player. Gotta step it up and show the man some love.

    Smoking Jacket: Check
    Bumble Bee Transformer shirt: Check
Pants he wore painting his daughter's room: Check
    Lebron Shoes: Check

Dude is just a regular guy. Very few would have the confidence to wear such a regular dude ensemble in a world of high pressure fashion choices. Props.

FYI, use turpentine or paint thinner to get the paint out. VERY effective.

    Dear Lebron,

Please come back soon. This team is garbage without you.

Also, he forgot his own name. Or wanted to say “happy bday dear King”.

Seriously now, this team goes from second worst in the west to top 4 with him. That’s kinda sad, actually.

The debate is over. Lebron said so.

LeBron says he's the G.O.A.T. after Cavs' 2016 title win

I’ve always thought athletes should let others debate the GOAT thing, but it’s pretty ballsy to promote yourself to that status and dare people to disagree with you. Talking in 3rd person helps me understand his line of thinking though.

You want your best player to have that type of confidence, and that’s an accomplishment that nobody can ever take from him.

But there is still a difference between one of the greatest single NBA accomplishments as a GOAT moment VS being the GOAT.

That story is still being written, but the confidence to feel that way even after getting swept last year in the Finals....well that is admirable and focusing on the positive.

Hopefully he’s not done building his resume and makes it a discussion lots of other fans initiate on his behalf. It’s more meaningful that way IMHO.

If we win the championship with him THIS year, he will instantly leapfrog Michael Jordan to me. He still won't be the greatest though. That title will always remain with Kareem.
