^^^And Sam, you don't think it's equally wrong to not only shield Kobe, but other NBA stars from doing the same exact thing Bron does? I'm not saying Weez did that, but it was implied by you and sirron that it "wasn't as bad"...da f*** does that mean when other dudes y'all support been "as bad".

Kob thought highly of himself too...like Bron.
Kob even has called himself an a****** and worn it like a goddamn medal.

I'm not undermining his accomplishments in pointing out his personality...I'm merely stating things that he's said about himself.

And that s*** is "just wrong"?!? How exactly?

I mean we're celebrating a holiday about someone's immaculate conception, only to have some other dude say look at me and how much more cooler, merrier and miraculous my thing is with all the reindeer, including this rednosed f***er.

    What a jolly St. d***...

Just call it like it is fam. Bron is just as self-absorbed as an interview as the Mamba was and both wanted other star players to play with, not really caring (being bynumb to) how their teammates would feel about it.

And that s*** ain't wrong...it's business... It's basketball. It's life. Not everyday is Christmas.

He was hyped by the medias at a young age and live up to it, even exceeded the expectations .

Who wouldn't be full of himself ? At least he's not playing the fake modesty card

Comparing Lebron and Kobe’s games is like apples and oranges.

The interview game has gotten closer, but for many years Lebron was flat intolable. Never saw Kobe’s interviews in the same light. Of course he had the balls to back his s*** up.

Lebron just “makes the right pass” but doesn’t close the deal. Simply view his cockiness as having less merit, but realize that is a preference in game type.

stop voting for players on the other teams, it negates your vote for a Laker player

    groin injuries are bad news

he's most likely going to miss 3-4 weeks at least. these next few weeks are going to make or break the lakers season

I hope he can heal in 2. Because we might be in trouble. On the other hand, we can develop true team spirit now, and have everyone step up. Especially Lance now.

He was sensational prior to the injury.

    Get well, LBJ.

Great, the warranty has expired and he’s not returnable. :p Conflicting info out there, but I hope he’s ok, he can’t miss significant time or we don’t make the playoffs. The “I felt a pop” vid scared me.

I'll be able to rest after we get the full details tomorrow. Thinking we dodged a bullet here though.

Rest him for a week, let's not get our prized possession injured. Even if he's ready to go rest the guy till the clippers game

just hoping this doesn't become another bynum situation where we're told he'll be out 2-4 weeks and he ends up missing months

although all the early reports do seem encouraging. if it really is a slight strain then he shouldn't miss more than two weeks. i'm assuming if it was anything worse like a tear then we would have already heard

Kobe was not "as bad". I have never seen an individuall as full of himself as Bron. Well, maybe Trump is even worse.

Kobe may very well be an a******, yet you almost never hear a bad word about him from his peers. There is a lot of respect and admiration, and even countles stories of how he helped other players and inspired them. Yeah what an a**. His attitude was one of the main reasons for his success and why I loved him as a player.

Being an a****** and being narcissistic and full of oneself ARE NOT THE SAME THING. Of course Kobe was also full of himself and I don't have the impression anybody has ever argued otherwise on this forum. However, Kobe was not as annoying about it. It's not about being narcissistic or not. It's about the mastery you achieve in manifesting it to the world in this case.

No matter how you twist and turn it, it is wrong to s**t on Kobe just to defend Bron. When Kobe made mistakes, he was criticized too. Are we going to drag him through the mud each time another future Laker does something we don't like?
