weird stat i saw somewhere (here?) about lebron's recent prowess on deep threes. i was wondering why he took so many, then i saw that he basically hit as many as curry, and i was like...you do you, brah.

Those step back threes have really blown me away. Didn't know he had those in his arsenal, but they are money this year.

Should have went for the layup on those two drives.

Let me guess Lebron guys, he made the right “basketball decision” huh.

"I will make the right basketball decision and give the ball to KCP... there... wait.... it's KCP!!!"

He should really take those shots, and if he misses, so be it. I would feel better about Bron missing them (god knows Kobe missed and hit plenty; if you don't take them, you won't hit them either) than KCP clunking a shot. OK, if we had Ray Allen on the team, sure; but we don't.

If Hart were out there and he passed it to him I would feel world's better than KCP who was 1-7 last game.

Actually I would too. Give the ball to KCP for free throws, that's it. Otherwise, he does not hit many game winners. I'd rather give it to Kuz, who is bad this year from 3, than KCP. But ultimately... Bron needs to take it and live with it. No big deal.

Was really glad to hear Lebron mention the movies Man on Fire and John Q. Both of those movies don't get talked about nearly enough as they should. I would even go as far as saying I prefer both the actor Denzel plays and the movie itself Man on Fire to any of the Equalizer movies.

Took a little longer than I expected, but well, here we are. Mouthpiece emerges, LeBron has spoken, he wants LeBron ball.

Weez, I'm not so sure about that bro.

Windy could say whatever he (or those hating a** opposing scouts) want to say, but Bron has said himself how much he wants to play till Bronny Jr gets to join the league and play on the same floor with (or against) his pops.

Clearly Bron's usage went up do to 'Do going down. His minutes have also gone up. But I'm certain Bron would prefer his usage/playing time be monitored and kept at a minimum during the regular season before he ramps it up in May.

Did you look at the usage data I presented in the Luke thread? Bron has been at just about 30% the last 8 years and was at that mark before 'Do went down. He's normally joined by another 25-30% usage player as was seen with Wade and Ky.

And if "LABron ball" is what he's done the last 8 years, then the only thing that needs to change is more usage for either Zo, BI or Kuz, which means less of the ball in Bron's hands.

Is it just me watching LeBron play this season on a season's game by game basis, that when he is in the no conservation mode and playing with his full repertoire and effort .... that his skills have definitely increased? I "think" I see better handles and better footwork and better back to the basket game to some extent?

I agree. And the step back shot has just been deadly so far this season. I feel like he's a better shooter now.

The team on the floor after he went to the bench looked discombobulated and like total trash. 38 min is not sustainable, but nice he didn’t want to let us lose.

If he can only go to the well so many times, prefer to save that for the playoffs.

If he’s overruling coaching calls that sucks, but when you look at the team when he’s not out there, it still seems like we don’t have a system.

Even with Lebron it doesn’t look like we have a system, just someone to bail us out.
