    Kawhi looked good in the city formally known as LeBronto.

    Gawd, I hate following other teams....can't wait till we lock up that last max spot, so that we can just focus on us and not what potential targets are doing on their current teams.

    Hey, at least this season we have a squad, so it should be a whole lot bearable this time around.

    Also to be fair to the Lakers front office, I know Ingram/Kuzma were never available to the Spurs in trade this past summer (I suspect Ball was but the Spurs didn’t want him)..... but I don’t think the Spurs would have even done a deal with the Lakers even if we made Ingram/Kuzma available. They wanted all 3 for Kawhi.

    The Spurs just didn’t want to go into a rebuild in Pop’s last season so they went with the DeRozen deal because they could sell to their fan base it was a “all star for all star” trade.

    If Kawhi doesn’t come as a free agent this summer, there was just no way we could have gotten him even if we were willing to empty the cabinets.

    Having said that, he looks so damn good in Toronto.
